Parushuram, Hyderabad has filed a Complaint dated 08-01-2018 which was received by this Commission on 08-01-2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / O/o The Tahsildar, Munagala Mandal, Suryapet District-508233. 2. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 27-11-2017 before the PIO under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, requesting to furnish the information on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. 3. The Public Information Officer has not furnished the information to the Complainant. 4. As the Complainant did not receive the required information from the PIO even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him. The Complaint was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 10-01-2019. The case is called on 10-01-2019. The Complainant is present. The Public Information Officer / Sri P. Nageshwar Rao, Naib Tahsildar is present. P.T.O ::2:: The Complainant submitted that through his 6(1) application dated 27-11-2017 he sought information from the Tahsildar, Munagala Mandal, Suryapet District. He also submitted that he requested the Public Information Officer to conduct Survey of the entire extent of Survey No. 128 and also paid amount but the same has not been done. The Public Information Officer submitted that vide Memo. No. B/1560/2017, dated 20-01-2018 information was furnished to the complainant. He also submitted that 44 cents of land was assigned to the complainant and pass book was also made ready. The Commission directed the Public Information Officer to complete the survey and furnish the survey report to the complainant within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and report compliance.
