O R D E R

Sri G.Parasharam, Hyderabad has filed a Complaint dated 08-01-2018 which was received by this Commission on 08-01-2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / The Extension Officer (PR & RD), Mandal Praja Parishad, Munagala Mandal, .

The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 31-10-2017 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. The Public Information Officer / O/o The District Collector, Suryapet District, Vide Letter No. 719/2017-B3, Dated 06-12-2017, has transferred the 6(1) Application U/s 6(3), to the PIO / The Extension Officer (PR & RD), Mandal Praja Parishad, Munagala Mandal, Suryapet District.

As the Complainant did not receive the complete information from the PIO even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005.

The 2nd appeal was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 4-4-2019.

On 4-4-2019 the case is called. The Complainant is present. The PIO / EORD (i/c), O/o the MPDO, Munagala Mandal, Suryapet District is present.

The Complainant submitted that the sought information is not furnished to him.

The PIO submitted that vide letter no.711/2017-B3(PR) dated 6-12-2017 the RTI application was transferred to PIO / EORD, Munagala Mandal.

The PIO / EORD, Munagala Mandal submitted the 6(1) application was transferred to PIO / Panchayat Secretary, Akupamula village for furnishing the sought information to the Complainant

The Commission directs the PIO / Panchayat Secretary, Akupamula village to furnish the sought information to the Complainant within one week from the date receipt of this order.

With the above direction, the Complaint is closed.
