Fue la llegada de La Muerte De Superman la que trajo una gran oleada de ventas en los cómics. Tal fue su éxito que al poco tiempo otras colecciones comenzaron a imitar la misma historia con distintos personajes, pero los mismos elementos narrativos. En definitiva, la historia se ha estado contando una y otra vez sin que nos hayamos dado cuenta de que siempre han sido historias similares: personajes que mueren y al cabo del tiempo resucita. Con la realización de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se pretende exponer las distintas perdidas que han sufrido los lectores de cómics de sus personajes favoritos para ver qué elementos se repiten de una historia a otra, además de analizar tres grandes largometrajes de la última década, siendo películas con una gran influencia en el género superheroico. CHARACTERS AND OTHER CREATIVE ELEMENTS: a. Exclusive to SPE: . The “Spider-Man” character, “Peter Parker” and essentially all existing and future alternate versions, iterations, and alter egos of the “Spider- Man” character. All fictional characters, places structures, businesses, groups, or other entities or elements (collectively, “Creative Elements”) that are listed on the attached Schedule 6. All existing (as of 9/15/11) characters and other Creative Elements that are “Primarily Associated With” Spider-Man but were “Inadvertently Omitted” from Schedule 6. The Agreement contains detailed definitions of these terms, but they basically conform to common-sense meanings. If SPE and Marvel cannot agree as to whether a character or other creative element is Primarily Associated With Spider-Man and/or were Inadvertently Omitted, the matter will be determined by expedited arbitration.
