Vintersol - Enhancing winter warfare capabilities Exercise Vintersol 2018 is the collective term for the Artillery Battalion’s refreshment training, Mechanized Battalion’s Final Exercise and Ranger Battalion’s Final Exercise. Vintersol is concluded with an operations stage, where offensive and defensive operations, supported by indirect fire, are carried out in both civilian and military terrain.
