Concerned, Frustrated, or Just Plain Mad About Changes to Tenure and the New Evaluation System? The new teacher tenure law significantly impacts any teacher who achieved tenure after July 1, 2011. Many questions remain unanswered about the new evaluation system which affects all teachers.
