Zweck § 1 Zweck Die Weisungen bezwecken die geregelte Durchführung der Zucht des Englischen Vollbluts in der Schweiz und unter anderem durch die Führung des Schweizerischen Gestütbuches für Vollblut. 2. Englisches Vollblut § 2 Begriff 1. Als Englisches Vollblut gilt ein Pferd, das bei der Geburt im Schweizerischen oder in einem anderen vom I.S.B.C. genehmigten Gestütbuch für Englisches Vollblut eingetragen ist (vgl. § 24). 2. Andere Gesichtspunkte für die Anerkennung eines Pferdes als Englisches Vollblut finden keine Berücksichtigung. 3. Im folgenden wird als Bezeichnung für Englisches Vollblut in der Regel das Wort "Pferd" oder "Vollblut" verwendet. 3. Zuchtziel § 3 Zuchtziel 1. Ziel der Vollblutzucht ist ein auf Schnelligkeit, Ausdauer, Härte und Einsatzwillen gezüchtetes Rennpferd. Zuchtwert 2. Grundlage für die Beurteilung des Zuchtwertes sind die Rennleistungen. Massgeblich beeinflusst wird der Zuchtwert von Hengsten und Stuten durch die Rennleistungen ihrer Nachkommen. 4. Organe der Vollblutzucht A. Galopp Schweiz § 4 Überwachung Galopp Schweiz fördert und kontrolliert die Schweizerische Vollblutzucht. Sein Vorstand delegiert ein Mitglied in die Zuchtkommission Vollblut (siehe § 6). VI B. Zuchtkommission Vollblut des Galopp Schweiz § 5 Rechtsstellung 1. Die Zuchtkommission ist eine vom Vorstand Galopp Schweiz eingesetzte Gruppe von Experten, die mit der Organisation, Kontrolle, Reglementierung und Förderung der Schweizerischen Vollblutzucht sowie mit der Herausgabe des Schweizerischen Gestütbuches beauftragt wird. 2. Die Zuchtkommission erlässt die zur Erfüllung dieser Aufgaben erforderlichen Vorschriften und legt sie dem Vorstand Galopp Schweiz zur Genehmigung vor. § 6 Präsident VSV Der Verantwortliche des Vorstandes Galopp Schweiz für das Ressort “Zucht” ist ex officio Mitglied der Zuchtkommission mit allen diesen Kommissionsmitgliedern zustehenden Rechten und Pflichten. § 7 Zusammen- 1. Die Zuchtkommission besteht aus 5 - 8 Mitgliedern, nach Möglichkeit: setzung - mindestens einem Vertreter der Veterinär-Medizin; - dem/der Verantwortlichen des Vorstandes Galopp Schweiz für das Ressort “Zucht” und mindestens einem Vertreter der Vereinigung Schweizer Vollblutzüchter: - dem/der Gestütbuchführer/in (GBF). Wahl 2. Die Neuwahl der Zuchtkommissions-Mitglieder und die Ernennung ihres Präsidenten obliegt dem Vorstand Galopp Schweiz auf entsprechenden Antrag der Zuchtkommission hin. Die Namen aller Zuchtkommissions-Mitglieder und die Mutationen werden laufend im "Schweizer Rennkalender" publiziert. § 8 Amtsdauer 1. Die Mitglieder der Zuchtkommission werden für eine vierjährige Amtsdauer gewählt und sind für weitere Amtsperioden wieder wählbar. Vakanzen sind mit Ersatzwahlen zu besetzen, wobei der/die Neugewählte in die Amtsperiode des ausgeschiedenen Mitglieds eintritt. Gestütbuchführer/ 2. Der/die Gestütbuchführer/in wird vom Vorstand Galopp Schweiz auf Antrag der -in Zuchtkommission ernannt. § 9 Gebühren 1. Der Vorstand Galopp Schweiz setzt die auf dem Gebiet der Vollblutzucht zu erhebenden Gebühren fest und publiziert sie im Rennkalender. Sie fallen an die Kasse des Verbandes Galopp Schweiz. Zu Lasten Galopp 2. Galopp Schweiz übernimmt die administrativen Auslagen der Zuchtkommission, Schweiz die Honorierung des/der Gestütbuchführers/in und die Herausgabe und Drucklegung des Gestütbuches. VII Sonderfälle 3. In Sonderfällen beantragt die Zuchtkommission dem Vorstand Galopp Schweiz die Übernahme der Kosten. § 10 Publikationen 1. Für alle das Gebiet der Schweizerischen Vollblutzucht betreffenden Publikationen steht der Zuchtkommission der Schweizer Rennkalender zur Verfügung. Statistik 2. Zu den laufenden Publikationen im Rennkalender gehören zu Ende jedes Jahres statistische Zusammenfassungen des züchterischen Geschehens in der Schweiz. 3. Verantwortlich für die Veröffentlichung der Zuchtpublikationen und der Beschlüsse der Zuchtkommission ist das Sekretariat Galopp Schweiz. § 11 Unterstellung Alle in der Schweizerischen Vollblutzucht tätigen oder an ihr beteiligten Personen sind den vorliegenden Weisungen unterstellt und zu deren strikten Einhaltung verpflichtet. § 12 Züchter 1. Züchter eines Fohlens ist der Eigentümer oder Mieter der Mutterstute im Moment des Abfohlens. Hengsthalter 2. Halter eines Deckhengstes ist die Person, unter deren Verantwortung dieser Hengst das Deckgeschäft ausübt. Mitgliedschaft 3. Für in der Schweiz ansässige Züchter, Besitzer oder Mieter einer Vollblut- zuchtstute oder eines Vollblutdeckhengstes ist die Mitgliedschaft bei Galopp Schweiz obligatorisch. § 13 Gestüt 1.
