The Greenbrier team looks for a candidate that has an Associate’s Degree or higher from an accredited culinary school, is a graduate of an ACF Certified Apprenticeship Program or has at least five years of experience in a fine dining restaurant. The program is not meant to teach an apprentice the basics of the kitchen. It’s meant to take a chef with some experience to an elite level.
