Mereka sangat sensitif dengan orang luar yang tidak bisa menjaga budaya dan aturan yang diberlakukan di Jepang. Mereka mempunyai budaya dan kebiasaan unik yang menjadi ciri khas dari negaranya. Negara Jepang menjadikan pelabuhan sebagai penghubung Jepang dengan negara luar. Dengan adanya pelabuhan, Jepang dapat mengimpor atau mengekspor barang ke negara lain. Di Jepang terdapat beberapa kota yang terkenal sebagai kota pelabuhan diantaranya ada Kobe yang merupakan kota yang berada di wilayah Kansai dan lebih tepatnya terletak di prefektur Hyogo pulau Honshu. Kobe merupakan salah satu kota metropolitan yang terletak di bagian selatan Pulau Honshu.
