Sending to college since 1930 Evans Scholars The Evans Scholars Foundation awards full tuition and housing college scholarships to high-achieving caddies with limited financial means. Established by University in 1930 by the Western Association and celebrated amateur golfer Charles Scholars Alumni “Chick” Evans Jr., the Foundation oversees the nation’s largest scholarship University program for caddies.
