It is located midway between Baltimore and Philadelphia near the northern shore of the Chesapeake Bay. WNA is a co-ed, independent, boarding and day, college preparatory school dedicated to the intellectual, ethical, and social growth of each student. The school enrolls approximately 135 students in grades nine through post graduate representing seventeen countries and nine states. Approximately eighty percent of the students are boarders. West Nottingham Academy is a world community providing students many opportunities to thrive in a rapidly changing world while learning in small classes with an impressive 7:1 teacher to student ratio. The academic program and extracurricular offerings include cutting edge, environmental, STEAM, humanities, and wellness programs which support student growth through individual attention in rigorous, challenging offerings. WNA offers 20 courses with AP, honors or advanced designation.
