We accomplish this by being professional, persistent, and maintaining a “can do” attitude on every call we make. Our sales and marketing team has years of selling experience in and our proven reputation opens many doors and creates incremental, as well as profitable, sales opportunities for every principal we represent.

Mike Perfetti - President Mike started his business career with Pillsbury Grocery Products as an Account Manager, after his commitment in the military. Mike was introduced to the world of Candy as a Territory Manager for Bazooka Bubble Gum, and from 1979 – 1995, Mike worked for two brokerage companies, thus learning the brokerage business. In 1995, Mike created Perfetti Sales and Marketing, which has been a highly recognized and reputable brokerage company in the Chicago Market. Mike Perfetti earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business from DePaul University. Mike is proud that his company has succeeded through the years, but takes most pride in the people that surround him. Mike’s reputation is second to none, and he has provided a solid business atmosphere, which helps his Principals flourish.

Joe Perfetti – Vice President Joe joined Perfetti Sales and Marketing in 2001 after completing his education. Starting out as the receptionist, he moved on to customer service, retail sales, headquarter sales, and ultimately Vice President of Sales, focusing his efforts on managing the business of and Kmart. Joe Perfetti grew up in the brokerage business. As a young man, he frequently accompanied his father to Food Shows, Seminars, out-of-town ECRMs, and naturally and logically gravitated toward his current position. Joe has traveled extensively to Europe and Hong Kong as well as within the , to cultivate and enhance Perfetti’s import business. Kristin Thomas- Assistant Sales Manager of Drug Channel Kristin recently joined our team, beginning her business career with RJ Reynolds. At RJ Reynolds, she was a Territory Manager where she worked over 200 accounts in the C-Store channel. Kristin has experience with helping increase business owner’s sales, inventory control, promotional planning, and merchandising. She takes pride in establishing true partnerships and working cohesively as a team. Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing, from the University of .

Mike Kosinski – Account Executive

Mike joined Perfetti Sales and Marketing in 2004 and brings with him over 26 years of Wholesale, Direct, Key Account and Retail Sales experience in the Chicago market. Prior to coming to Perfetti, Mike spent 11 years with Carnation in Retail and Key Account Sales, moving on to Hoffman Vogler for 13 years, holding various positions with increased responsibility. Mike and his team are responsible for C-Store and Distributor business, managing the day-to-day sales, promotions and funding for all C- Store and distributor customers, with corporate offices in the Chicago area, and locations across the country. Mike has a B.A. in Business Administration, with a minor in Marketing, from Elmhurst College, and an A.A. in Operations from College of DuPage. Sales Support Team Profile

Judy Perfetti – Office Manager; Human Resources Judy joined Perfetti Sales and Marketing in 1997 as a member of the accounting department and was named Office Manager in 2001 and Manager of Human Resources the same year. Judy gained experience in the confection business while working at American Licorice, concentrating on the Retail Link with the major retail customers and distributors. As Accounts Payable Supervisor at Romano Bros Beverage Co, Judy gained the knowledge and capabilities necessary to manage her dual positions at Perfetti Sales and Marketing. Judy and her team are responsible for all human resource functions including organizational development, talent management, benefits and compensation, training, and employee relations.

Pat Scavuzzo – Customer Service Manager Pat joined Perfetti Sales and Marketing in 2004 as customer service team member and quickly elevated to Customer Service Manager in 2005. She began her career with Acosta as a Senior Customer Service/Sales Support Representative, handling some of the largest grocery and perishable accounts. Her extensive experience has created a customer service team that provides both customers and vendors the tools necessary for seamless order placement. Beginning with the customer/vendor relationship of correct and accurate order placement, vendor assistance with on-line customer order systems, ASNs, completing the cycle with accurate invoicing, Pat and her team are involved with every detail of the demands of customer service. Erin Pucher - Accounting Manager

Erin joined Perfetti Sales and Marketing in 2006 as a member of the accounting team, and was promoted to Accounting Manager soon after. Erin began her career with Acosta, gaining knowledge and experience in deduction/fund management. Erin and her Perfetti team have developed a process to achieve a $0 aging list and 100% payback record with most vendors – an accomplishment not duplicated by competitors. Additionally, the Perfetti Sales Accounting Team processes and clears deductions for numerous vendors with no sales representation, a service Perfetti proudly offers to all vendors. She and her team also provide vendor maintenance for all the vendors, via customer on-line proprietary systems, assuring accurate pricing and flawless order placement.

Annie Perfetti - Customer Service

Annie joined Perfetti Sales and Marketing in 2001 as a customer service team member. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University in 1995. She has also received her Master’s Degree from St. Xavier University. Her past experience as a Customer Service Rep has prepared her for a successful career in the Brokerage Business. She is determined to provide Customers and Principals with the best possible service.
