GP IDRIJA 2014 Stage race for categories U13 and U15 10. to 12.7.2014

Organizer: Kolesarsko društvo SLOGA 1902, Idrija Stages: 1. stage – 10.7. – Hill Climb Razpotje 2. stage – 11.7. – Circuit race Ledine 3. stage – 12.7. – Time Trial Idrijska Bela Location: Idrija,

Registrations Up to Tuesday 6th of July, until 20.00 via web portal www.prijavim.se . In registration has to be stated: name, surrname, category and UCI code for each athlete. In case of difficulties contact us on [email protected] General The event is organized under the regulations of Slovenian Cycling Federation rooles: (KZS) and regulations of International Cycling Union (UCI) and according to internal regulations. Competetition in single athletes only – no number of riders per club limitation. Organizer can make some change of regulations in accordance with referees. Roads will be completely closed for trafic during the race. Athletes are compeeting on their own responsability and organizer does not take any responsability for damage caused to other athletes neither to third party. It is strictly forbiden to ride on race track (warmup) where competition will be held, during the race of other categories!

Prizes: A grand total of 750€ will be awarded in prize money at the event

Points: Finish line: First and second stage: 1.place 25 points, 2.pl – 20p, 3.pl – 16p, 4.pl – 13p, 5.pl – 11p, 6.pl – 10p, 7.pl – 9p, 8.pl – 8p, 9.pl – 7p, 10.pl – 6p, 11.pl – 5p, 12.pl – 4p, 13.pl – 3p, 14.pl – 2p, 15.pl – 1p Third stage: 1.place 15 points, 2.pl – 12p, 3.pl – 10p, 4.pl – 8p, 5.pl – 6p, 6.pl – 5p, 7.pl – 4p, 8.pl – 3p, 9.pl – 2p, 10.pl – 1.p

Intermediate 2. stage – each second lap (not the last one) Sprint: First three riders will be awarded with 5, 3 and 1 point

Hillclimb 1. stage – 1 km before finish line Sprint: 2. stage – the penultimate lap on Pečnik First three riders will be awarded with 5, 3 and 1 point

Team leaders at 16.00 in Race Office at the start meeting: Complains: To the main refree with deposit of 50 EUR, which will be refounded in case of positive solution.

How to reach the Start of first stage: In at junction with trafic ligths turn towards Oblakov vrh. After 3,5 km turn left over the bridge and you will arrive to Start.

2nd stage – Circuit race Ledine Date: Friday 11th of July Location: start and finish – Ledine Team leaders meeting: at 8.30 in Race Office at the start Awards ceremony: after the race on start / finish area Race track: circuit, 3160m length

3rd stage – Time Trial Idrijska Bela Date: Saturday 12th of July Location: Start Podroteja Finish – Idrijska Bela Team leaders meeting: at 9.00 in Race Office – ARENA BAR on parking of TUŠ store Awarding ceremony: after the race on start / finish area Start schedule: categorie U13 at 10.00, categories U15 folows rigth after U13 Start interval: 30 sek

Road will be closed for trafic during the time of race. Warmingup on race track is strictly forbiden. It is not possible to return on Start area during event. For return to Idrija during event it is possible to use an alternative road via Čekovnik (marked with green on sketch bellow). In case that Team would like to leave the car in Finish area – athletes can return to the start with bicycles until 9.30.
