Citybus Launches Route 678 (19 November 2013, Hong Kong ) Effective 25 November (Monday), Citybus and Kowloon Motor Bus will jointly introduce Route 678 to provide peak hour special service between Sheung Shui and Causeway Bay (Eastern Hospital Road). The peak hour special service Route 678 will operate on Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Departures from Sheung Shui will operate at 6:50am, 7:05am, 7:20am and 7:35am and run via Pak Wo Road, Wah Ming Estate, Dawning Views, Tate’s Cairn Tunnel, Eastern Harbour Crossing, Sai Wan Ho, Taikoo, Quarry Bay, North Point, Fortress Hill and Causeway Bay. Departures from Causeway Bay (Eastern Hospital Road) will operate at 5:45pm, 6:05pm, 6:25pm and 6:45pm and run via Victoria Park, Fortress Hill, North Point, Quarry Bay, Taikoo, Sai Wan Ho, Eastern Harbour Crossing, Tate’s Cairn Tunnel, Flora Plaza, Pak Wo Road and Sheung Shui. The full fare is HK$21.6.
