Ketua· Menteri sedar bahawa mengenai harga jualan rumah PDC yang begitu tinggi berdasarkan kepada pinjaman oleh PDC dari Bank­ Bank Tempatan bagi membangunkan rumah-rumah itu dan secara tidak langsung setiap rakyat yang memperolehi rumah terpaksa membayar 2 faedah.
