Tour Philosophy To protect the privacy of our guests enjoying Spa Sapphire, we must limit the number of people we tour through our facility.

Reservations To make a reservation for services you may call our spa directly from a hotel phone by pushing the “Spa” button. If you are calling from outside the hotel dial, 570-270-5555 or for more information visit our website at www.thesapphiresalon.com We accept all major credit cards, which is required to hold all reservations. We suggest making appointments in advance, however we will always do our best to accommodate your requests. Prices subject to change. Please confirm pricing with concierge upon booking.

Check-In Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time for a leisurely check-in, and a few moments to enjoy our Himalayan Salt Sauna and Spa Lounge. A warm shower just before your massage washes off any salts, minerals or chemicals that could clog pores when mixed with massage oils. After your shower, put on your robe and take some time in our Himalayan Salt Sauna and Spa Lounge. If you would like to shower before your service, please arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. To keep the serenity of the spa environment, we ask that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival. Please present all gift cards and promotional items at check-in. Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment we may have to shorten your treatment to be on schedule for the next guest.

Cancellation Policy If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, we require 24 hours notice for individual appointments and packages. Appointments canceled in less than the required time will be billed 100% of the published price of each service.

Service Charge A 20% service charge will be automatically added to all services.

Valuables For the safety of your valuables, we suggest that you leave them in the safe provided in your hotel room. Spa Sapphire will not assume any liability for valuables.

Minimum Age Requirements Spa Sapphire guests must be 16 years of age or older to receive salon services, & 18 years of age or older to receive spa services.

Spa Etiquette Please notify our Receptionist before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. This will prepare our staff far in advance to provide the best possible spa treatment or therapy for you. When receiving your treatment, the therapist will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, music, product, and sequence of service they are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service, and if there is anything specific you would like us to address, please inform the therapist. You may request a specific gender Massage Therapist when making a reservation. We cannot guarantee that we will have your request available at all times.

What should I wear to the spa We will never compromise your modesty. All Spa employees are trained to respect the privacy of our guests and to create a comfortable, relaxing environment for all. Our spa therapists will only expose the portion of your body that is being treated at that time. You will be given a robe, wrap and slippers when needed during your service. For your convenience, we have lockers, blow dryers and amenities.

Spa Gift Cards Gift Cards are available for all Spa Sapphire services and come beautifully gift wrapped. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed to purchase another gift card or gift certificate. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates cannot be used for gratuity on a service. Spa Sapphire is not responsible for lost or misplaced cards. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Gift cards can be used at any Sapphire location as a dollar value only. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates can be mailed to anywhere in the United States or a $2.00 shipping fee.
