Malatya Ili Maden Ve Enerji Kaynaklari
MTA laboratuvarlarında yapılan teknoloji deneylerinde, Hasançelebi cevheri manyetik ayırma yöntemiyle kolayca zenginleştirilebildiği halde, cevherin titan içeriği yüksek fırınlar için istenilen % 0.5’in altına düşürülememiştir. Bununla birlikte, MTA laboratuvarlarında Hasançelebi cevherlerinden sünger demir elde edilmiştir. Mn içeriği ortalama % 3.7 olan Deveci Demir Yatağı’nın oksitli kesimleri işletilmiş, karbonatlı cevherlerden zaman zaman üretimler devam etmektedir. BAKIR-KURŞUN-ÇİNKO (Cu-Pb-Zn) Yeşilyurt-Görgü Sahası Tenör : % 19.8 Zn, % 6 Pb Rezerv :4.000 görünür, 2.000 muhtemel, 4.000 ton mümkün rezerv. -
The Cultural Sustainability: Merzifon Anatolia College, Turkey Gizem Özerol1 , Aysu Akalın Abstract
ARTICLE ISSN 2651 - 5210 MODULAR 2019;2(2):21-45 The Cultural Sustainability: Merzifon Anatolia College, Turkey Gizem Özerol1, Aysu Akalın2 Received: 19 November 2019 - Accepted: 17 December 2019 Abstract The article proposes an analysis of the role of American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions (ABCFM) during the late Ottoman and the early nationalist (Republican) Turkey and focusses especially on the ABCFM organization and the role of Protestant missionaries, which they succeeded in establishing autonomous schools, hospitals, clinics, orphanages, lodgings and ateliers not only in the capitals, but also in provinces. The American Board began evangelism among Armenians, and the education and the social services became part of the Protestant movement in the Near East. Following efforts to Christianize the nations through evangelism, in the mid of 19th century, Merzifon (Marsovan) province was chosen due to its location in the middle of Anatolia and Merzifon Anatolia College was designed as an important ‘station’ in order to support the American missionary movements. Then, between the years 1886 and 1938, ABCFM built strong connections with Anatolia College in Merzifon to gain a very important strategic position. In the context of the First World War, the function of the Anatolia College buildings has changed for different aims; the military used these buildings as the Artillery Regiment. After the war the ABCFM’s network broke down but its strong contribution to present education in Turkey is inevitable. The site as a heritage is still an active part of the city’s cultural life with some existing buildings of ABCFM supporting culture and education. -

In this Newsletter there are two reports of successful trips by EIG members to Mount Chelmos in Greece (Page 9 & 10) and to Hungary (Page 11,12 & 13). These activities are beginning to influence local National Parks and it was encouraging to hear that grazing has resumed in the Latrany Valley in Hungary something that the West Midlands group that went to Hungary in 2006 recommended. It was this group that formed EIG. We are able to organize activities in Europe only if we don’t fall foul of the 1991 EU Travel Directive and the 1993 EU Package Travel Directive. This means for all EIG trips we have to either use a travel company such as Ecotours or book our own flights and accommodation as we did in Greece or to travel independently and meet up at the arranged site as we did in the Ecrins last year. There is however an insurance issue outstanding, which would cover BC from, claims from anyone participating in the same way as they are covered by BC’s insurance for a field event or work party in the UK. -

Productive efficiency scores were calculated by using Stochastic Frontier Analysis. Tobit model was used to determine the inefficiency determinants. Farm-level research data were obtained from 67 randomly selected dairy farms. Study results revealed that the average amount of milk produced on dairy farms in Merzifon district could be increased in the ratio of 22% with the current technology. The technical efficiency of the sample dairy farms ranged from 0.56 to 0.99 (mean 0.78). Variables such as education level of farm operators, feeding frequency, the ratio of Holstein stock and land allocated to fodder crops affected technical inefficiency negatively. For this purpose, this study proposes new strategies such as providing better agricultural extension services and farmer training programs to increase the educational level of farmers, and providing farmers with the opportunity of accessing loan to enhance their technical efficiency. Keywords: Dairy farming; stochastic production frontier; technical efficiency; determinants of inefficiency 1. -

A tribuszokon belül a fajnevek betűrendben követik egymást. A kéziratos nevek (Gozmány kézirat, vö. 8.
