Making the decision to be proactive about managing gastroparesis is the first step to learning to live (well!) with the condition. I was diagnosed with idiopathic gastroparesis seven years ago at the age of 23. Since then, I’ve become a Certified Health Counselor helping others implement dietary and lifestyle strategies to better manage their symptoms, enhance their nutrition, and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
