6. Establishment of Hall in Tehsil Office. • A Hall has been formed at Tehsil office on self-help basis wherein the entire circle Patwaris sit together. This would change the culture of Tehsil office and would facilitate general public.

17. Establishment of Special desk for disposal of di- rections and complaints received via CMDU and PMDU. • Quetta stands at the top in disposal of CMDU complaints. • A special desk has been established tasked with disposal of complaints/ directions received via CMDU and Prime Minister Portal. • 12 Complaints have been resolved out of 24 pertaining to revenue matters. 18. Provision of Information to Investigating Agencies. • The mechanism for provision of information on immovable properties of accused persons to NAB, FIA, Anti- Corruption Depar- ment has been revived. • New system of speedy provision of information introduced.

Like in every city, District Administration constructed a token of Love on self help basis for the people of Quetta 19. District Water Board Committee. • The meeting of District Water Board Committee is being held on fortnightly basis, wherein the cases for issuance of NOC with regard to installation of tube wells under PSDP schemes and other individual nature cases have been disposed of. The cases have been forwarded to Provincial Water Board Balochistan for consideration and approval. The District Water Committee consider and refer the cases/complaints regarding execution of illegal tube wells to concerned ACs and Magistrates of WASA for initiating strict action under relevant law. • The following cases have been disposed off and sent to Provincial Water Board for approval.

• 100% Pre-Planning activities of 6 SIAs of 2020 were chaired by district administration • Completely conducted 6 SIAs in District Quetta • 42 SIAs Evening review meeting were chaired by District administration • Campaign Quality coverage improved from 85% to 93%. • No inaccessible area in District for polio workers • 53% Refusal recorded in district was observed decreased (43924 to 19632) • 57% Govt refusal converted/Covered (124/289) • 80% District level anti influencers were converted and covered. (26/129) • 100% deployment was ensured for polio team • LQAS improved from 75% to 100% (NID Jan 2021) • Extended 2 days catchup activity in FEB and Dec to reach remaining missed children vaccination. ESTABLISHMENT OF QUARANTINE CENTERS IN COLLABORATION WITH PDMA

• Establishment of 03 Quarantine Centers at 03 places: - 1 RDA Complex (200 Bedded) 2 PCSIR (1000 Bedded) 3 Agriculture College (150 Bedded)

• Supply of 03 times food to the persons under observation. • Provision of Security at the aforementioned places. • Timely shifting of solid waste dump. • Installation of temporary Toilets. • Provision of all necessary facilities. • It is pertinent to mention that Mr. Saqib Kakar, ADC(G), Quetta was first to get COVID-19 positive while performing duties withtin Quarantine Centers.

Three teams were established for handling and burial of the dead bodies during Covid RAPID RESPONSE TEAM ACTIVITIES IN COLLABORATION WITH HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND PPHI

24 Rapid Response Teams (RRTs) established for screeing , swab test and shifting of patient.

AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS THROUGH VOLUN- TEERS • The Volunteers played a vital role in order to coordinate with INGOs and NGOs • Lab testing of suspects • Stock maintenance of donated items for COVID-19 • Management of Ration Distribution • 50000 brochures regarding precautions of COVID-19 were distributed across the District (Homes & Shops) with the help of volunteers. • Gloves and Masks were distributed across the District (Main Chowks). RATION/CASH DISTRIBUTION ACTIVITIES

• More than 68,830 ration packs have been given to various needy families as per the direction of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Balochistan. • District Administration established distribution points for Ehsas Programme.

ESTABLISHMENT OF BURIAL TEAMS

• Three teams including two males and one female for burial purposes were established. • The said teams throughout the District work and carryout burial of deceased as per the SOPs of COVID-19. • Around 400 burials have been carried out by these teams.
