Establishment of Hall in Tehsil Office. • A Hall has been formed at Tehsil office on self-help basis wherein the entire circle Patwaris sit together. This would change the culture of Tehsil office and would facilitate general public. 7. Establishment and Improvement of Judicial Branch • Deputing representatives in all district courts. • Involving competent levies personnel on account of shortage of staff • Training of official staff • Submission of all replies in all courts through representatives. • Regular Progress review meetings. 9. Computerization of Record and Land Bank. • Land Bank has been chalked out alongwith Google Maps. • District administration extended maximum cooperation and record of 50 mouzas have been computerized. • System of online assessment of government dues • Computerized issuance of fard 10. Digitalization of Old Office Record • Directions for digitalization/ scanning of old office record issued. • Work in progress • Preservation of record. 14. Complaint Redressal System • 12 cases have been resolved out of 24 filed on Pakistan Citizen Portal. • Computerized Complaint redressal System introduced. Removal of Encroachments from State and pri- vate Lands • Encroachment removed from State Land (Kharot Abad) 20-Acres • Encroachment removed from Irrigation Water Channels 50-Acres • Encroachment removed from WASA Land (Western Bypass) 02 Acres. • Encroachments removed from Muhammad Abad Dam. 03 Acres. • Illegal Construction works have been stopped on entire unsettled lands. • Temporary Encroachments removed from complete City Area. • Functionalization of District and Sub Divisional Anti-Encroachment Committees • Meeting with all departments for identification of encroachment on their lands. • Plan for removing encroachments from 80 Acres land at Akhtarabad Forest Department Land. • Specialized proforma for progress on anti-encroachment activities. • Board of Revenue Balochistan has been approached for early settlement of Mouzas already pending since long. 16. Identification of Land for Goverment Projects • Concerned ACs have been nominated as Focal Person to extend cooperation to line departments in disposal of cases pertain- ing to identification of state lands for execution of PSDP schemes. • Establishment of Coordination Desk in all offices of ACs. • 50 acres for Sports Complex at Kuchlak identified • 4 acres for Futsal Ground at Kuchlak identified. • Building identified for establishment of 1122 PPHI. • Land for establishment of office for DG Mines and Minerals Balochistan identified • Land for office of MD B-TVETA identified • Land for Women Incubator Center and Women Bazar identified • Land for Civil Secretariat at Spini Road identified. • 3 separate lands for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme at Darkhshan Housing Scheme, Mouza Mulazai at Kuchlak and Spin Karez • Land for Major Sports Complex at radio Station Land on Sariab Road identified • Land for office and Trenching / Dumping Ground for Solid waste has been identified at Nousar/ Aghbarg area. • Land identified for establishment of Central Jail measuring 100 Acres at Nawa Ghundi. • Land identified for Secretariat Housing Scheme measuring 200 Acres at Nohsar. • Land identified for University of Balochistan measuring 80 Acres at Nohsar. • Land identified for Advocates measuring 100 Acres at Nohsar. • Land identified for establishment of Levies Line measuring 200 Acres. • Land identified for establishment of Bahadur Khan University. • Land identified for Food Department at Nohsar measuring 700 Acres. • Land identified for Sports and Youth Affairs Department measuring 100 Acres. • Land identified for Livestock Department 800 Acres. • Land identified for Levies Firing Rang 150 Acres. • Land identified for S&GAD Housing Scheme 200 Acres. • 1000 Acres land for Prime Minister Billion Trees Program identified and is proposed for allotment to Forest Department. • Identification of lands for 10 mini sports complexes, 4 large scale Sports Complexes and 10 parks within Quetta City underway. Establishment of Special desk for disposal of di- rections and complaints received via CMDU and PMDU. • Quetta stands at the top in disposal of CMDU complaints. • A special desk has been established tasked with disposal of complaints/ directions received via CMDU and Prime Minister Portal. • 12 Complaints have been resolved out of 24 pertaining to revenue matters. 18. Provision of Information to Investigating Agencies. • The mechanism for provision of information on immovable properties of accused persons to NAB, FIA, Anti- Corruption Depar- ment has been revived. • New system of speedy provision of information introduced.
