Pioneers Head Coach Federico Molinari, Pioneers team captain Jay Willis, along with other Pioneers players will conduct all sessions on the new synthetic turf at Lusitano Stadium. The main focus of the Academy is to improve and develop both physical and technical skills, along with introducing basic tactical concepts while working with each player on their psychological approach. We work with a maximum of 12 players per coach to give each player the attention they need and to personalize their training. Boys and girls group separately for better individual and team development. Pioneers Premier Soccer Academy will be 1 week of training from Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 11:30 AM. Morning training allows players to play Summer League games during the afternoon. July 31st through August 4th 9:00-11:30 AM Group Goals: Technical: Passing, receiving, finishing, heading, dribbling, turning, developing first touch. Physical: Coordination, speed.
