Please note any damages due to carrier mis‐handling and/or extreme weather conditions. All claims due to quality or shortages must be filed within 72 hours of receipt of goods from the carrier. Taking photos of the damaged material, while not required by each vendor, is an excellent way to support your claim Warranties: As BFG acts exclusively as a broker for the vendors, and is not responsible in any way for the quality of the product or shipping the product to you, all warranties shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor and subject to the terms stated in any warranties supplied by any vendor to you. Wenke Sunbelt Greenhouses Ordering Information Availability Dates: Wenke/Sunbelt Greenhouse programs will be available ship week 39 – 25. Availabilty: Availability orders must be in by Tuesday of the current ship week in order to ship that week. Otherwise they will ship the next week. Minimum Order: One box minimum order. Geraniums must be ordered in increments of 100 plants. Orders for geraniums will automatically be increased to increments of 100 plants per variety. Volume Levels: Volume 11‐100 Trays Volume 2 101‐600 Trays Volume 3 601‐1200 Trays Volume 4 1201‐2000 Trays Volume 5 2001‐3200 Trays Volume 6 3201‐5000 Trays Volume 7 5001‐6000 Trays Tags: Wenke/Sunbelt Greenhouses will ship all tags automatically for all liners and Geraniums directly from John Henry. A customer may opt for no tags. All orders must be clearly noted “No Tags”. Tag ratio of 1:3 if the customer is using the product in a container with multiple plants. The order must specify tag ratio option for this to occur. Wenke/Sunbelt will not accept returned tags; the tag ratio option must be done prior to the order shipping. All tag orders placed after the download will incur a $15 processing fee. The download runs Monday two weeks prior to shipping. Lead Time for Cancellations/ Additions: Normal lead‐time is 9 weeks but some items may require more or less depending on grow time. Cancellations are not accepted after the product has been started and/or cuttings booked. Order changes are not accepted after the close of the business day the week prior to the order shipping.
