1. Create your online account to get care online or by phone Once you register for your kp.org account, you’ll be able to schedule online and phone appointments from your computer or mobile device.
2. Transition your prescriptions and refill by mail Transfer your prescriptions to a Kaiser Permanente pharmacy. You’ll be able to get most prescriptions mailed to your home at no extra cost, which means you don’t have to go into the pharmacy.
