1. Public Question Time – A period not to exceed 30 minutes, members of the public are permitted by the Chairman to speak
2. To receive and accept any apologies for absence
3. Declaration of disclosable pecuniary and personal interests by Members relating to items on the agenda
4. To confirm and sign the minutes of the Ordinary meeting held 13th January 2020
5. Clerk and any Councillors if appropriate to report on matters arising and any updates from previous minutes which are not on the agenda
6. Correspondence Report – see Appendix 1 for list of items and any action taken
7. To receive updates from any meetings attended since the previous ordinary meeting
8. To discuss the highway resurfacing in Hambleden – update to be provided if available
9. To discuss the white posts on Common Land, Frieth – an update to be provided if available
10. To discuss the car park in Frieth outside the school and village hall
11. To discuss a draft Planning Policy document for use when determining comments for planning applications
12. To discuss Ellery Rise meadow following the purchase from Wycombe District Council
13. To discuss works needed at Ellery Rise play area following the annual play inspection report
14. To discuss the installation of a grit bin opposite the Prince Albert public house, Frieth
15. To discuss the barrier and padlock at Watery Lane, Skirmett
16. To approve the accounts for February 2020; signing of cheques – see Appendix 2;
