The 1901 Grade II listed building, which offers 50,000ft² Category A open plan office accommodation, is located in the heart of London’s insurance district adjacent to the Lloyds Register of Shipping. The development required demolition of the existing roof and 5th floor’s heavy concrete construction to form new 5th, 6th floors and roof levels. The existing main building’s entrance steps were also removed to provide level threshold to its entrance area. We were appointed by GreenOak Real Estate to provide design services for MEP and structural engineering for this prestigious building.
