(b) No printed application form is used, but applicants are urged to supply such information that will enable the foundation to determine the need for the grant, its intended use, exempt status, and names of the applicants governing board.
(C) Applications for grants can be submitted at any time. Applicants are usually notified within two months that their application has been approved or denied or that additional information is needed.
