Founder, Managing Director • In 2017, launched a new enterprise to find a new life and market for wasted citruses, which previously represented the main source of income for the Adjara region. • Outreached the members of the association and secured the UNDP and the Adjara Government funding to build a fully equipped small distillery. • Produced the first batch of an organic, premium quality handcrafted drink ‘Rezonyac’ and introduced to the selected independent venues in various cities of Georgia; Established the first customer network and received positive feedback. • In 2018, as part of my degree in Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship, I developed a business plan to introduce a unique handcrafted Georgian product to the UK market, won the competition for innovative ideas and secured a placement at Goldsmiths Business Incubator.

Adjunct Professor of Management, entrepreneurship and innovation faculty. International executive educator, Development Director, ChangeSchool.

As Development Director of ChangeSchool, Neil trains entrepreneurs, university staff and students on entrepreneurship, mentoring and entrepreneurial ecosystems. Internationally he has provided entrepreneurship training in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain through regional programmes such as the UK Gulf Alumni Network and Creative Spark Enterprise Programme. He developed the lesson plans and 12-day programme to teach entrepreneurship to 50 staff from 22 Universities for the Ministry of Higher Education in Oman (2016-2018) (See video). He co- developed the curriculum with university academics from London Business School, National University of Singapore and Georgetown Universities.

In 2018, through British Council in the GCC, he designed the curriculum for the British Council ChangeSchool series of 15 webinars on entrepreneurship and employability skills targeted at 5000 Gulf Alumni. This included UK academics from Cass Business School, London Business School, Cranfield University and Cambridge Judge Business School in the UK.

In 2019, working with academic leads from Cass Business School (City University, UK) and Essex Business School (University of Essex, UK), he delivered Train the Trainer entrepreneurship bootcamps to 82 staff in six universities, across Armenia, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan. This training was successfully cascaded, by the trained staff, to 1880 young entrepreneurs and university students in the partner institutions.

For British Council in Sri Lanka, he designed the programme to develop enterprise capacity for the officers of National Enterprise Development Agency (NEDA) Sri Lanka who are responsible for promoting graduate entrepreneurship across the country.

He also delivers the incubator programme for London South Bank University (Entrepreneurial university of the year 2016), annually. He designed the Entrepreneurial Bootcamp, a short duration programme to reduce risks for new ventures offered by the ChangeSchool partner TechUK (UK’s professional body of 700,000 members in tech Sector).

Neil is one of the few UK citizens authorised to deliver entrepreneurship executive education in Bahrain. Before setting out on a consulting and executive education path, Neil enjoyed an eight-year teaching career in the UK and Africa. Neil is a trustee on the UK and global board of an international charity in the top 5% by income in the UK focussed on scaling social enterprise.

Neil holds an MBA from the Cranfield University School of Management, where he has also lectured, a PGCE from Bristol University and a BA Hons from Birmingham University. He is also accredited in the Hartman Value Profile, Prince2 and Six Sigma.

Viren Lall is a business transformation leader, adjunct professor of management in entrepreneurship and leadership and executive education trainer. Viren is an entrepreneur, past and present and has trained entrepreneurial firms in the UK, UAE, India and Japan.

He is currently leading the Commercialisation training of 55 academic technology entrepreneurs from emerging economies for Impact for the Royal Academy of Engineering’s Newton Funded programme “Leaders in innovation Fellowships”. He trains academics in innovation, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial ecosystems and delivery pedagogy for the Ministry of Higher Education in Oman. He teaches entrepreneurship to 50 academics from 22 Universities for the MoHE Oman (2016-2018). In 2018, through British Council, he delivered the ChangeSchool series of webinars on entrepreneurship and employability skills targeted at 5000 Gulf Alumni. In 2019, working with London South Bank University he will develop and deliver entrepreneurship curriculums for universities in Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan for the British Council Creative Spark partnerships.

He has also developed enterprise capacity for the officers of National Enterprise Development Agency(NEDA) Sri Lanka and partnership capacity of Myanmar’s Ministry of Education (MoE) State and Township education officers as part of Myanmar’s education reform, funded by the World Bank. For students, Viren delivered entrepreneurship training to students and staff at Kings College London (QS world ranking #19), London South Bank University (Entrepreneurial University of the year 2016) and was the entrepreneur in residence at University College London (QS world ranking #7). His mentored student went on to win the $1m Hult prize in social entrepreneurship in 2014. In January 2016 he was recognised by UKTI’s Sirius team for his contribution to supporting international entrepreneurs.

As an adjunct professor, he has taught at the Indian School of Business (ISB) and delivered on London Business School’s Executive Education programmes. Viren has also developed the online curriculum (a series of 20 lectures) for Innovation & Strategic Product Development for Study Interactive used as preparation material for innovation programmes across London’s universities
