YANGON, 18 Feb —Secretary-1 of the State Peace and Development Council Lt-Gen Thiha Thura Tin Aung Myint Oo and wife Daw Khin Saw Hnin attended the ceremony to mark 60th Anniversary of Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Myanmar and the Russian Federation at the Russian Embassy on Sagawah Road in Dagon Township here this evening. They were welcomed there by Russian Ambassador to the Union of Myanmar Dr Mikhail Mgeladze and wife and embassy staff.
