In the 1970's Lynyrd Skynyrd gained worldwide recognition for their live performances and unique southern rock style. But in 1977, at the peak of their success, band members Ronnie Van Zant and Steve Gaines died in an airplane crash. Lynyrd Skynyrd has sold 28 million records and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006. Based in SoCal, Southbound and Company performs classic rock music all across the country. Members of the band include Darryl Reed (lead vocals), Michael Finn (lead guitar), Mike Hunter (drums), Kevin Haerr-Bass (guitar), Steve Gauronski (lead guitar), and Shaun N Bernadou (backup vocals).
