Originally released as a promo disc in 1990, the eight-track Entreat - recorded at London's Wembley Arena in July 1989 - was later released commercially in Europe. The expanded edition included with this year's reissue fleshes out the album to replicate a full live performance of 1989's epic Disintegration, with tracks remixed by Robert Smith - a sonic makeover that some fans have complained dampens Boris Williams' drumming. ARTIST & INFO The Cure evolved into one of the most visionary, creatively satisfying and influential groups to come of age in the 1980s. From dreamy pop to moody expressionism, their signature sound is adventurous, hypnotic, and beautifully melodic. It all started in 1976 as 'Easy Cure', formed by Robert Smith (vocals, guitar) along with schoolmates Michael Dempsey (bass), Lol Tolhurst (drums) and local guitar hero Porl Thompson. They began writing and demoing their own songs almost immediately, playing throughout 1977 in Southern England to an ever growing army of fans. In 1978 the 'Easy' was dropped, along with Porl, and an eager trio now known simply as The Cure were quickly signed to Chris Parry's new Fiction label. After going into remission following a stem-cell transplant from his sister, McMahon was able to make a full recovery. Amanda is a current student at West Texas A & M University, working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Performance. Amanda worked in retail before coming to the Amarillo Civic Center Complex and has worked seasonally as an usher for the local production of TEXAS Outdoor Musical Drama. Amanda has always been interested in the entertainment industry and the details of what goes on behind the scenes. She hopes to grow in the venue industry and learn more about the management aspect of staging events. Bob Reykers Promoted to Sales Director of the Fort Smith Convention Center Bob Reykers has been promoted to Sales Director of the Fort Smith Convention Center! He replaced Jeremy Richey who recently resigned. Among other things, Bob will have oversight of FSCC’s overall sales and marketing efforts. Bob has been FSCC’s Events Coordinator for the past few years. In that role, he regularly was placed in a position of selling rentable spaces and services to both new and returning clients. Bob welcomed this responsibility and opportunity, and has excelled at it since. Prior to serving as our Events Coordinator, Bob was a key piece of our Operations Team, serving as a Building Engineer. This role helped Bob build a solid and vast knowledge of FSCC as a venue, which has proven to be instrumental in his notable success coordinating and selling events.

Billy patřil mezi nejmilejší, nejzábavnější a nejbystřejší lidi, na něž jsem kdy narazil, a také díky tomu jsem si ho od první chvíle zamiloval. Během následujících let jsme se ještě mnohokrát sešli a v této před- mluvě uvedu rozhovor, který se odehrál zhruba šest let po našem prvním setkání. Podle mě právě toto vyprávění nejlépe ilustru- je, jaká kapela byla a je a jací jsou její členové po lidské stránce. Asi vám nemusím říkat, jak důležitou roli ZZ Top sehráli v šíření blues mezi širší vrstvy posluchačů. Billy Gibbons patřil a stále pa- tří mezi nejunikátnější a nejtvořivější kytaristy, kteří kdy drželi šestistrunku v ruce. O tom již napsali mnozí jiní. Ne, já vám nechci vyprávět o Billy Gibbonsovi, Franku Beardovi a Dusty Hillovi z hlediska historie, zvolím spíše osobní pohled.

In particular, this study investigates the use of nineteenth and twentieth century established gesture in the Shakespearean film adaptations from 1899-1922. The gestures described and illustrated by published gesture manuals are juxtaposed with at least one leading actor from each film. The research involves films from the experimental phase (1899-1907), the transitional phase (1908-1913), and the feature film phase (1912-1922). Specifically, the films are: King John (1899), Le Duel d'Hamlet (1900), La Diable et la Statue (1901), Duel Scene from Macbeth (1905), The Taming of the Shrew (1908), The Tempest (1908), A Midsummer Night's Dream (1909), Il Mercante di Venezia (1910), Re Lear (1910), Romeo Turns Bandit (1910), Twelfth Night (1910), A Winter's Tale (1910), Desdemona (1911), Richard III (1911), The Life and Death of King Richard III (1912), Romeo e Giulietta (1912), Cymbeline (1913), Hamlet (1913), King Lear (1916), Hamlet: Drama of Vengeance (1920), and Othello (1922).
