This apps campaign promotion ends when phone supply last. 2) For purposes of this contest, each pair of Windows 8 app and Windows Phone 8 app that you have created, submitted and published on to the Microsoft Windows store and Windows Phone Store will be called as an “Entry”. All eligible Entry will receive a time stamp by the official Microsoft Windows Store reporting tools and this time stamp shall be acted as a proof of the participant entry submission. 3) An entry is eligible for this contest; is only when both 1 Windows 8 and 1 Windows Phone 8 app are successfully passed through the certification process and published publicly and available from the Microsoft Windows Store and Windows Phone Store to the public during the Campaign Period. Each entry must be in a unique manner on the each pair of applications that you submit along with a unique publisher ID. Updates on any published applications are not considered as a new entry. An entry is eligible to get the prizes with the below listed requirements: Winner for Nokia Lumia 62 5 or 925: Extra Prizes for Nokia Lumia 1020: # Nokia Lumia 625 – The successful apps need to be pre-approved by Microsoft, Nokia or appointed partner. ### Nokia Lumia 1020 – Extra Prizes. Should the star rating not able to reach 3 or above by 31st December, 2013, Microsoft and Nokia have the right to request for return of the prizes, unless developers can show effort to upgrade their own app. 6. For the avoidance of doubt, Nokia Lumia 625 Prizes will be available for redemption on a first come first served basis. Once all Nokia Lumia 625 Prizes have been redeemed, no additional prizes will be awarded. 7. Participants who create one (1) Windows 8 App and one (1) Windows Phone 8 App that incorporates and uses the following Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 functions set out below shall be eligible to redeem a Nokia Lumia 925 mobile phone (“Nokia Lumia 925 Prize”), while stocks last.
