This is a list of the various published salary surveys that were utilized for the market analysis. UO participates in some of these surveys, such as CUPA (Colleges and Universities Professional Association) and the Division 1A Athletics Annual Compensation Survey. All of these surveys are conducted by global consulting firms or third party providers, which ensure validity and accuracy. In order for a salary survey to be utilized, the salary data must be submitted by HR and data are screened and analyzed by independent third party firms.
