No. 102. the ELEMENTARY EDUCATION LAWS, 1933 to (No 206 No. 102. THE ELEMENTARY EDUCATION LAWS, 1933 TO (No. 2) 1937. ORDER MADE UNDER SECTION 71. A. B. WRIGHT, Acting Governor. Whereas His Excellency the Governor has, under section 52 of the Elementary Education Laws, 1933 to (No. 2) 1937, ordered the Town Committees and Village Commissions for Orthodox-Christian Schools mentioned in the second column of the Schedule hereto to provide school buildings, premises, playgrounds, yards, gardens or teachers' dwellings : And whereas the necessary estimates and plans have been prepared under section 53 of the above-mentioned Laws : And whereas loans amounting to the sums mentioned in the third column of the Schedule hereto have, under section 51 (1) and (2), been raised to meet the expense of providing such buildings as aforesaid : Now, therefore, in pursuance of the joowers vested in the Governor by section 71 of the Elementary Education Laws, 1933 to (No. 2) 1937, His Excellency the Acting Governor has been pleased to order and it is hereby ordered that in order to provide for the annual interest and sinking fund in respect of the loans aforesaid the sums of money mentioned in the fourth column of the said Schedule hereto be recovered respectively from the church or churches, monastery or throne and the Orthodox-Christian inhabitants of the towns and villages mentioned in the second column of the said Schedule in manner provided by section 72 of the above Laws.     Rapid antigen testing units – 30 July 2021 Based on the decisions of the Council of Ministers, dated 2 and 7 July 2021, and aiming at the suppression of the dispersion of the virus SARS-CoV-2, as of the 9th July, in places where SafePass is required, individuals aged 12 and above must hold one of the following: 1. Certificate of vaccination with at least one dose of the vaccine. A period of three weeks must have elapsed from the day of the administration. 2. Proof that they have been infected with COVID-19 during the last six months. 3. Certificate of a PCR negative test or a negative rapid antigen test result, valid for 72 hours.
