Most recently, Frazier was Executive Vice President and Head of the Houston Region for Brookfield Properties Partners, where he had asset management responsibility for a 6.1 million square foot portfolio of Class A office buildings in downtown Houston, including Allen Center, Heritage Plaza, Total Plaza and 1600 Smith. He was responsible for leading the recently completed $50 million redevelopment of the Allen Center, Brookfield’s flagship property. He spent a total 19 years at Brookfield and its predecessor company Trizec Properties, where he led the leasing department for 14 years before being promoted the regional head position.
