Before you arrive at your hotel, an orienta- tion city tour through Windhoek begins. Here you can see the Christ Church, the boulevard, the equestrian monument and the district of Klein Windhoek, as well as the district of the Bantu-speaking Katutura commu- nity. The rest of the day is at your disposal. In the evening, enjoy a dinner at Joe’s Beerhouse. Day 02 | Windhoek - Okahandja - Etosha National Park After breakfast, continue towards Outjo. You drive through typical African semi-desert landscapes and stop in Okahandja, where you visit the famous wood carving market. Visitors can learn about the art of wood car- ving and buy small souvenirs here. After a light lunch we continue to Etosha National Park. Day 03 | Etosha National Park - Tsumeb Your safari tour of Etosha National Park begins in the early morning and will take all day. Enjoy the wonder- ful landscape and with a little luck you will see giraffes, elephants and lions. Keep your camera handy for breathtaking photos. Day 04 | Tsumeb - Divundu After breakfast you drive to Rundu via the city of Grootfontein. On the way you get a nice insight into the nature of Namibia. The journey continues today along the Caprivi Strip, where you have an endless view of the tall grass that settles on the red sand. Beautiful landscapes pass by you. And with luck, some of the ma- ny elephants will cross their lanes. Day 05 | Divundu - Mudumu National Park In the morning you continue along the Caprivi Strip through Bwabwata National Park to the Mudumu Natio- nal Park. A very unusual landscape for Namibia: thatched islands, rivers and marshes characterize this area. The National Park is very rich in game and is home to lions and elephants as well as rare antelopes, zebras, hippos, crocodiles and over 430 bird species. Enjoy the view of the landscape that is so different than in Ger- many. In the afternoon, take a boat trip on the Kwando. Day 06 | Mudumu National Park In the morning, set off on a half-day safari in Mudumu National Park. This is done in an open SUV. You cross untouched landscapes. The afternoon is at your leisure. www.newworldsafaris.com Itinerary Day 07 | Mudumu National Park - Chobe National Park In the morning you leave your lodge and continue to Kasane in Botswana. In the afternoon you go on a 3- hour sunset cruise on the Chobe with lots of game viewing. Day 08 | Chobe National Park In the morning before breakfast you go on a safari in an open SUV in the Chobe National Park. Then you can enjoy the amenities of the lodge and let your mind wander. Day 09 | Chobe National Park - Victoria Falls Today you continue to the imposing Victoria Falls. The water masses of the Zambezi River plunge here from a width of 1.7 km up to 108 m. The locals call the unique natural spectacle "Mosi Oa-Tunya", which means "smoke that thunders". Let yourself be inspired by this unique sight. This evening you will enjoy a Boma Dinner Experience. Day 10 | Departure It means saying goodbye to Africa. The transfer to the airport takes place.
