Wildlife observations are then continued in the adjacent Chobe National Park in Botswana. Wildlife watching also from boats. A visit to the Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe is the culmination of the journey. In the afternoon, city tour through the capital of the country. Day 2: Windhoek - Etosha National Park Drive north with a stop at the craft market of Okahandja, then continue to the Etosha National Park. Evening observation of plains zebra, blue wildebeest, elephants and rhinos at a floodlit waterhole in the immediate vicinity of the rest camp. Day 3: Etosha National Park Early departure for game viewing. In the bush savanna, the observation of numerous birds is possible, including red-bellied shrikes. Common occurrences of spring and oryx antelopes, elephants and giraffes, and lions; with a little luck also from brown hyena or cheetah. Day 4: Etosha - Mahango National Park On the way to the Caprivi peak, round mud huts line the roadside. On the way there are street markets where traditional wood carvings are offered for sale. Visit the Popa Falls. Continue to the Mahango Game Reserve, which is located in Bwabwata National Park. Day 5: Mahango Game Reserve Observations of a lively game change, as the animals from the hinterland visit the Okavango River to the potions. In the river occurrence of hippos and crocodiles. Day 9: Chobe National Park Tours for sightings of lions, spotted hyenas and black-backed jackals. Particularly impressive is a river crossing of elephants. Day 10: Chobe National Park - Victoria Falls Drive to Zimbabwe. Lodge in close proximity to the Victoria Falls. Day 11: Victoria Falls Hike to viewpoints at the waterfalls. The crowning end of the day is a boat trip with twilight puffs on the Zambezi River. Day 12: Victoria Falls - return flight Map.
