Maria das Graças is the president of The International Association of Science, Ethics and Integrated Education –“Seeing What Is Not Seen” – IASEIE, founded and presided the first International Congress (2010), in Natal-RN, Brazil. She was also the vice-president of the second Congress (2012), in Sumaré - São Paulo, Brazil and the president of the International Committee of the third Congress (2013), in Arlington, VA, USA.

Graça has more than thirty years of experience teaching and developing researches giving family, community and child, integral attention with a multi-discipline work in integrated education, supervising medicine and also students from other disciplines at the Pediatric Department of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, Natal-RN, Brazil. In the last eight years she is a professor of Child Neurology and also a researcher at Potiguar University/ L.I.U., in Natal-RN, Brazil.

She was post-graduated from USP/UFRN in Child Neurology and Pre-school Education, pre-doctorate in the UK, Universities of Bristol and Leeds and training courses with the Dundee University, Scotland, in new trends in Medical Education Courses. BENJAMIN HARRIS-QUINNEY Chairman of the Bow Group

Ben Harris-Quinney has been involved in politics and international relations for a decade, having worked on foreign policy issues for the Conservative Party in both the UK and European Parliaments. He has also advised the US, Spanish and Chilean governments on security and foreign policy issues as well as opposition parties in , Albania, Sri Lanka, Venezuela and Bolivia. In 2010 he received the US Leadership Institute’s Global Leadership Award.

Prior to chairing the Bow Group Ben has served on the Group's Council for three years, as Membership Secretary (2009/10) and Political Officer & Senior Member of Council (2010/11).

In this time he chaired the Foreign Policy Research Committee where he has produced a wide range of articles and target research. In 2010 Ben published a paper entitled "Latin America - An Opportunity for the UK: A Report Based on the Spanish Experience in the Region" and in 2011 he published "The Eurozone & - Crisis & Opportunity" with Dr Charles Tannock MEP. Ben has written for regularly for a number of publications including Conservative Home, The Commentator, Public Service , The Guardian, The Evening Standard, The Daily Mail, the Telegraph, The Independent and La Razon as well as appearing on CSPAN, BBC television and radio, Russia Today and British Forces Broadcasting Service.

Ben holds an MSc in International Relations from the LSE and a BSc in International Affairs & Global Economics from Science Po & IECS/EM Strasbourg.

Prof. Dr. Ahmed El Tassi, MD, is one of the world’s leading researchers in Chinese philosophy and Chinese medicine. He had lived in , , for the past 21 years (1991-2012). Dr. El Tassi is the first Westerner to hold a Master’s Degree in Chinese Philosophy from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). He was formerly trained in medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture, naturopathy, psycho-pedagogy, and anthropology in , Brazil, , England, , , , and Netherlands. For twenty-three years, Dr. El Tassi has been a practicing medical doctor, specializing in the psychosomatic approach towards difficult medical cases. After 10 years of research at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and despite its rampant atheism, he successfully defended his thesis about the intrinsic relationship between human body, soul, and spirit, which allowed him to become the first non- Chinese scholar to be granted the title of Professor of Chinese Philosophy by that institution.

Dr. El Tassi has authored a few monographs and articles on Chinese Medicine and Chinese Philosophy. Among his scholarly works are The Clinical Importance of the "body-soul-spirit" life model in Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic, a strong argument and method to shift the present healthcare paradigm towards a realistic medical approach of the human being, and the Promising Prospects of Chinese Medical Semiology on Forensic Genetics, a warning and a solution to prevent recent discoveries in genetics from becoming a sort of an accepted mass control tool for a possible universal genetic profiling agenda. Dr. El Tassi also co-authored the first Chinese-Portuguese Glossary of Usual Terms, 2002, China Foreign Language Press, Beijing.

Dr. Judith Resiman Author and Professor of Law, Liberty University

Dr. Judith Reisman brings a lifetime of knowledge and research to the law school as Visiting Professor of Law. A lecturer popular for her expertise in Media Forensics, she is also a former consultant to four U.S. Department of Justice administrations, the U.S. Department of Education, as well as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She has been engaged in a lifelong battle against pornography and since 1977 has fervently exposed the fraudulent sex science of Dr. Alfred Kinsey.

Dr. Reisman has lectured at universities such as Princeton, Notre Dame, Georgetown, and Pepperdine; and internationally at University of Jerusalem, University of Haifa, and Tel Aviv University. She has also lectured at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, the Rutherford Institute, the Council for National Policy, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Air Force Academy among many other notable institutions.

In the late 1960s to early 1980s, Dr. Reisman used her talents as writer, producer, and performance artist for Scholastic Magazine, Milwaukee Public Museum, Cleveland Museum of Art, and CBS television network. She has been cited by or appeared on a lengthy list of media sources: The London Times, Time, The Los Angeles Times, Newsweek, The Washington Post, Entertainment Tonight, Larry King Live, Donahue, The Today Show, Crossfire, The Times, Ted Baehr’s Movieguide, and many more.

No stranger to the world of academia, in the early to mid 1980s, Dr. Reisman was Associate Professor at the University of Haifa, ; Research Full Professor, The American University; and then in 1990, she was part of the adjunct faculty of George Mason University.

Since the early 1980s her work has increasingly gained national and international attention and has earned her honors including listings in “Who’s Who in Science and Engineering,” “Who’s Who of American Women,” International “Who’s Who in Education,” “The World’s Who’s Who of Women,” and others.

Dr. Reisman has authored many books and articles and has been cited in many scholarly works. Among her many publications is Sexual Sabotage, 2010; Kinsey: Crime and Consequences, 1998 and 2000; and Soft Porn Plays Hardball, 1991. She has been an expert witness in many court, military, and civic hearings concerning pornography, homosexuality, sexual harassment, and media issues. Her works have been referenced in many lower court cases and the following United States Supreme Court cases: Oakes v. Massachusetts (1989) and Osborne v. Ohio (1989). They have been instrumental in child protection legislation such as HR 2749 (Washington, D.C., 1995), The Child Protection and Ethics in Education Act.

Dr. Reisman holds two academic degrees in Communications, both from Case Western Reserve University.

Justin Murff is a media and political development consultant with an extensive career in new broadcast media de velopment. For the past 10 years he has worked with some of the biggest names in the Broadcast and cable media industry including Mr. Ed Frazier, former CEO of Liberty Sports and founder of Fox Sports. From 2008-2011 Justin served as the first VP of Development for the nationwide business channel, Biz TV, launching it from a concept on paper to a national TV network that is available in over 20 million homes and in 5 of the top 10 Neilson TV markets.

Justin has also served as a development executive or consultant for several cable TV networks including STC, Family Net, and NorthStar Studios in Nashville, TN. While at Biz TV, Justin brokered millions of dollars’ worth of broadcast television deals and conducted international broadcast programming deals with networks in , Canada, Germany and the United States. Justin has launched over ten national television shows, most of which are in their 3rd season including The Ray Lucia Show (frequent Fox Business commentator). In politics, Justin has served as a member of the Tarrant County GOP executive committee for 6 years serving on several committees and campaigns and as a Chairman for Republicans Abroad in Austria. He has studied Mechanic Engineering at the University of Cluj-Napoca in Romania, and later on has obtained another Bachelor degree in Psychology at the Bethany University in Santa Cruz, . He also holds a Master degree in Addiction Studies, from the Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies in Minnesota.

Dan has worked as well in Romania for the National Anti-Drug Agency, and then later on for several insitutions in the US. Currently he is based in Quito, working in Alcohol and Drugs Intervention and Prevention. He has participated at a number of international confrences in different parts of the world, as a key note speaker. Dan is married and has three children.

Manuela has a wide experience in International Relations, European Programmes, Event Planning and Public Administration. She had worked at the European Documentation Centre of the University of Alicante, Spain, for three months within the Leonardo da Vinci programme and after her return in Romania, she had worked as an International Relations Professional at the International Relations Department of the University of Oradea, for five years. During her activity there, she had organized several scientific, social, humanitarian and cultural events, like international seminars with MEPs, international conferences with international government officials and professors, UN models, activities for international students, fundraisings, competitions etc. Every year she attended staff trainings at prestigious higher education institutions in Europe and and performed monitoring visits at international partner institutions.

Or an year, Manuela has been the Dean's Personal Assistant at the Faculty of Economic Sciences - University of Oradea, where she has managed to extend the Faculty’s international relations, by negotiating and concluding international agreements with prestigious universities from Europe and Turkey.

Gabrielle has a broad range of experience and has built cross-generational teams on both coasts in the political, corporate and non-profit sectors.

Gabrielle Jackson is the founder and President of the Millennial Solution, LLC. a consulting company equipping managers to optimize their young talent and empower Millennials to succeed at work and beyond. Gabrielle also directs the development department for the Institute for Faith, Work & Economics, a Christian research organization committed to advancing biblical and economic principles and helping individuals find fulfillment in their work. Gabrielle has also worked as the statewide coordinator of an education non-profit in California that encourages civic engagement in high schools. In 2013 Gabrielle placed top five in the Miss Virginia United States pageant and First Runner Up in the Miss District of Columbia United States pageant.

Gabrielle has a Masters of Arts in Government and Certificate of Public Administration from Regent University. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Public Policy and minor in Theology from William Jessup University.

Don Feder Don Feder was a Boston Herald editorial writer and syndicated columnist from June 1983 to June 2002. For 19 years, his column appeared in the Herald, New England’s second largest newspaper. His writings have appeared in USA TODAY, The Wall Street Journal, The Weekly Standard, National Review, American Enterprise, Readers Digest, Front Page Magazine, Insight and Human Events. Feder has traveled extensively in Europe, Latin America, and . He was in Belgrade two weeks after the bombing ended in 1999. He is a recipient of the International Communications Award of the Republic of China on Taiwan. Miguel is the Director of International and Government Programs at “The Leadership Institute” where he is responsible for recruiting, training, and working with top- level government officials from around the world, as well as business executives and heads of international conservative organizations. He is a personal mentor and advisor of several presidential candidates.

He also develops and executes the International Leadership training Schools, in the US, Europe, , Asia, Latin-America and Australia, where selected conservatives are trained in the technology and strategy of International campaigning, fundraising, communications, and organizational entrepreneurship.

Miguel has more than 15 years of experience organizing and speaking at several international seminars where he has trained more than 50,000 leaders from around the world. He has been responsible for running large corporations in the spheres of education, banking, social insurances, housing and health services.

He is an expert in Total Quality Management, Reengineering and Marketing Based Management. Among others, he was work experience with USAID, the German, Japanese and Sweden Cooperation; Inter-American Development Bank; World Bank, University of California and National American University. He is a Candidate for a Ph.D., in Higher Education; and holds an MBA; a Master of Public Policy and Government, and a B.S. in Military and Naval Science.
