Please refer your application for the above mentioned course. 2. You are required to report at PATHIKASHRAM BUS STAND ,SECTOR 11,GANDHINAGAR (Inside Pathikashram Bus Stand,towards right side of the entrance gate) at 0630h (Morning) on date (as per your reporting date alloted). Note : Candidates are advised to read the call letter carefully and adhere to the instructions. In addition, you are also advised to report at above address for selection test on time (late by 0630 h) failing which you will be routed back. You would be required to show your e-admit card, call letter and identity proof (preferably AADHAR Card) at the reporting point . Kindly keep them handy in person. The first day consists of phase-I testing which may last upto 1800h. You are advised to take adequate rest and come prepared for a long day of testing. You would need to be attired appropriately in comfortable dress. 3. You should be mandatorily in possession of a face shield, re-usable face mask, pocket sanitizer, hand gloves and a water bottle. Candidates are also advised to carry their personal items in a single suitcase for sanitizing procedure and check through X-Ray machine. On arrival, you will be checked for visible symptoms of fever, cough and cold followed by checking of safe status on 'Arogya Setu' App.You are advised to download the App at least 15 days prior to date of reporting otherwise entry to the Board premises would not be permitted without 'safe' status on the App. In case of any visible symptoms related to covid-19, you will be routed back without testing. In addition, before reporting at this Board you must familiarize yourself and follow the latest instructions / norms / advisories of your home state and the state of Gujarat. In case of any requirement of registration on state e-portal, the same must be done well in time. You are to be prepared for quarantine procedure on arrival as well as during your return to your home state. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MEETING THE STATE QUARANTINE REQUIREMENT IS RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CANDIDATE. PLEASE PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ACCORDINGLY. NO CHANGE OF DATE FOR SSB WOULD BE ENTERTAINED. 4. You should satisfy all eligibility criteria as mentioned in the advertisement for the said entry. If you do not meet the eligibility as per advertisement employyment news or you are not in possession of necessary document (Listed in para 5 & 6 below), you will not be accepted for tests and will be routed back without any payment of travelling allowance. 5. You must bring with you the following documents IN ORIGINAL along with 03 Photocopies of the same. (a) Matriculation /10th passing certificates and marks sheet in original issued by the state /CBSE / ICSE / University as proof of Date of Birth. Other documents such as admit cards/Transfer Certificates etc will not be accepted as proof of date of birth. (b) 12th Class Passing certificate and Marks sheet in original. (c) NCC 'C' Certificate (if applicable). (d) e-admit card and Call Letter (in original). (e) Valid Photo Identity card of your School / College / Driving License / Passport / Voter Identity Card / Aadhar Card. (f) 25 recent colour photographs (preferably light background). (g) On a paper write name, telephone number and complete postal address of two trustworthy Person / Gazetted Officer (Should not be your blood relative). The person should know you and vouch for your character and antecedents. Note : In case of candidate is studying in class 12th in the current academic year he should bring a Bonafide Certificate from the Principal of his Institute. Specimen copy annexed . In such case, you will be required to submit original certificate and marks sheet to Recruiting Directorate (NDA ENTRY) Army HQ. 6. You should also be in possession of the following: (a) Railway ticket / Bus ticket / Air ticket with Boarding pass (for payment of travelling allowances). No travel allowance will be paid without hard copy of the journey ticket . (b) If you are below18 years of age, the Indemnity Bond should be signed by your Father or natural guardian and if your natural guardians are not alive, should be signed by legal guardian. Witness must be person known to the parents / legal guardian who is above 18 yearsof age . If candidate is above 18 years of age, Indemnity Bond certificate to be signed by the Candidates. The witness in this case should a person above 18 years of age known to the parents /candidates/legal guardian. Note : Candidate below 18 years of age without proper Indemnity Bond (annexed along with this call letter) will be routed back without testing. (c) One pair of white shirt / T-shirt, shorts / trousers / track suit, socks and a pair of sports shoes. Bring at least one pair of formal dress and shoes for interview purpose. Bring clothing requirements for five days, as per weather conditions. 7. You are advised to plan your arrival well in time catering for the late arrival of Trains / Buses in this zone. Candidates reporting late shall not be accepted for testing . 8. Candidates with present back log in class XII need not to report as they will be routed back without testing. 9. Selection Procedure. The testing schedule is in two phases and normally for a period of five days and will be as follows. Schedule Activity Day 1 Phase I-Officer Intelligence Rating Test and Picture Perception & Discussion Test, Document Check (For Ph II candidates) and PIQ filling with packed Breakfast & Lunch in between. Candidates not recommended for PH-II will be routed back between 1500h to 1800h approximately. Day 2 Phase II- TESTING Day 3 & 4 Day 5 Board Conference. Candidates not recommended would depart after the Conference. Candidates who are recommended would fill up documents after the conference. The recommended candidates of flying branch will be routed to 1 AFSB Dehradun for CPSS testing as per the alloted date followed by the medicals, if cleared, as per the service requirement. 10. Requisites. You are advised to bring the following items for the purpose of testing:- (a) Dress for Testing. (i) Group Test. One pair of White Shirt / T-Shirt, Shorts / Trouser / Track Suit, Socks and a pair of sports shoes. Candidates are advised to carry adequate clothing to cater for restricted laundry services. (ii) Interviews.Two pair of formal dress (plain light coloured shirt with or without tie, dark colour trousers, and formal shoes with laces). (iii) Mess Premises. Formal dress. (iv) Liberty. (going out of the premises of AFSB). Formal / causal decent dress . Medium sizes lock to safeguard your personal luggage. However, presently candidates will not be allowed to go out of the Board Premises For their entire period of their stay due to COVID -19. (b) Adequate writing material (Blue/Black ball point pen and lead pencils). (c) You are advised to carry only one luggage preferbly which should be a hard bound suitcase to facilitate sanitization . The same neds to be properly tagged for easy identification. Any additional handbags / vanity bags etc will not be permitted. (d) Note for Interviews. All candidates are to prepare a separate folder for interview, neatly marked with name and roll number, comprising of all original educational certificate, mark sheets, certificates of excellence and achievement in co/extra- curricular activities or any other documents deemed fit by the candidates for interviews. 11. Boarding and Lodging. Free boarding and lodging will be provided only to the candidates at at the Board for the period of testing. 12. Travelling Allowance (TA). Traveling Allowance by the shortest route for AC -III tier Mail / Express Trains / Bus to and fro for the journey from the place of Call Up or departure (Which is nearer is admissible). You have to furnish the hardcopy of railway ticket / bus ticket /air tickets (along with boarding pass) to the Board, failing which no TA will be paid.The amount of TA shall be restricted to the maximum authorised by the Govt. rules or the acutal amount paid on journey, whichever is less. TA is admissible as per the exiting Govt. TA rule . No TA is admissible , if you have already appeared for the same type of entry at any of the Selection Boards. No TA will be paid for journey performed by private mode of transport, buses other than those run by Govt. Transport Department. Hard copy of Railway / Bus Ticket and a cancelled cheque / photocopy of first page of bank passbook with dfetails of account , IFSC Code are the mandatory requirements for TA payment. The bank account should be in the name of the candidate only. Note. TA payment will not be made in cash.TA of eligible candidates will be paid into their bank account through electronic transfer only. 13. Medical Examination. Recommended candidates will be required to proceed to Air Force Central Medical Establishment, New Delhi or Institute of Aerospace Medicine,Bangalore or MH Bhopal for medical examination for a duration of four to seven days.
