| Page 3 of 5 Breakfasts for Better Days TM Because we believe in the power of breakfast to feed better days and better lives, we have focused our philanthropic efforts on providing breakfast to those who need it most through our new social responsibility strategy, Breakfasts for Better Days™. Through Breakfasts for Better Days™ the company and its foundation, the Kellogg’s Corporate Citi- zenship Fund, has pledged to donate a of 1 billion servings1 of cereal and snacks by the end of 2016, including half a billion servings of breakfast, to children and families in need, worldwide.

Breakfasts Clubs & Disaster Relief As part of Breakfasts for Better Days™, we support programs that provide morning meals to children. Around the world, we support or have helped launch breakfast programs in many countries, including the U.S., U.K., Australia, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Spain and Sweden, among others. Through Breakfasts for Better Days™, we will expand breakfast programs and clubs around the globe to provide more breakfasts to families in need.

In addition, when disaster strikes, one of the first things a community needs is nutritious, ready-to-eat foods. Our shelf-stable products – especially cereals – can provide sustenance to people whose lives have been upended by tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes and other natural disasters. We’re quick to respond when disaster hits, helping to bring nourishment and hope to those in need.
