Ally McCrae presents the BBC Introducing show every Sunday on BBC Radio One, alongside co-host Jen Long. Ally has also hosted BBC Introducing stages at numerous festivals including , Leeds and Reading and Glastonbury.

In addition to his Radio One role, Ally is one of the founders of Detour , a company which hosts online TV shows and live events championing the best emerging Scottish music.

Garry is a first call engineer to some of the largest and most established recording facilities in Scotland, including Castlesound Studios in Pencaitland, the brand new Gorbals Sound in and his own facility, ‘The Depot Recording Studio’ in . Garry has worked with some of Scotland’s top upcoming artists including The Banana Sessions, Stanley Odd, Michael MacLennan, Horndog Brass Band and Neil Primrose (of Travis). Garry recently studied with A-List Grammy Award winning Mix Engineer Michael H Brauer.

Fielding Hope is a live music and arts programmer and promoter based in Glasgow, Scotland. He currently works as the Music Programme Manager for independent live music venue Nice N Sleazy. Fielding also works as a DJ in various venues in Glasgow.

Lloyd Meredith co-runs Scottish DIY label, Olive Grove Records, home to the likes of Jo Mango, Woodenbox and The Moth & The Mirror, in addition to this he also manages the folk-pop outfit, Randolph's Leap, plus he also runs the Scottish music blog, Peenko.

Michael Lambert is the co-owner of A Modern Way Management & Recordings which looks after acts including Stanley Odd, Fatherson, Idlewild, Homework and Siobhan Wilson. Michael is also a director of music industry event organisation Born To Be Wide which stages regular music business events, as well as organising Scotland's only music industry convention Wide Days. In addition to these roles, Michael also oversee's a youth music initiative called SPFL Music Box which takes place across 14 major Scottish football clubs.

Olaf Furniss is a journalist, music business event organiser and founder of the Born To Be Wide organisation. He co-writes the Under The Radar column in The Scotsman, which focuses exclusively on emerging Scottish talent, and his work has appeared in numerous media including the BBC, Music Week, Billboard, The Guardian, I-Q and Clash. He has acted as a consultant for some of Europe's key music business events, and since 2010 he has used this experience to develop Scotland's music convention, Wide Days.

Stuart joined EmuBands whilst at University in 2007. Having developed an extensive and practical knowledge of digital distribution, Stuart has been invited to speak at a number industry events across the UK and also provides lectures relating to digital distribution and similar subjects at Universities and Colleges across Scotland. Other experience also includes founding and running an independent record label and concert promotion.

Tallah Brash is marketing manager and live booker for Edinburgh venue The Electric Circus, as well as a gig rep, DJ and a member of the band Jesus H Fox. She was previously in charge of PR at Cabaret Voltaire, was head of Edinburgh University radio station Fresh Air and used to co-promote This Is Music, a night featuring emerging Scottish acts.
