Players should select the competition, click on “online entries” and then click on the box: ​ ​ “I am a foreign player” to fill out the player's details. Players can also require their federation to submit their entry form on their behalf. Players are responsible to check if their entry form has been accepted. Any claims must be submitted within the next 24 hours after the list of participants has been published.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS:

The championship will take place under the security measures against COVID19 and THE ​ OFFICIAL COMPETITION GUIDELINES OF THE RFEG. Among these measures, a VIRTUAL* scorecard will be used. Each participant will receive a link from which they will have access to their scorecards throughout the tournament. The sending of this unique link - which each participant must keep private - will be done by SMS to the mobile phone number indicated in the online registration, and will be used to enter your results and those of the player who scores. The National Federations that register players have to indicate ​ the email address and mobile number of each player when registering.

The player must ensure that both her mobile phone number and her email address - which appear on the online registration screen - are up to date. If they are not correct, the player can ​ change them by accessing, on that same screen, to "Edit Personal Information", save new data and then return to "Online registration". However, the player may request the tournament office to send a new access link or update her mobile number if necessary.

It is recommended that players enter the results hole by hole, make sure they have their mobile fully charged at the beginning of each day, keep it muted at all times and in plane mode while no data is entered.

*Exceptionally, disinfected scorecards will be available for those players who need them.

WITHDRAWALS: Notifications of withdrawal must be made by phone or email to [email protected] by 12:00 am ​ ​ two days before the competition starts. From Monday 22 of February, 2021, only the players ​ ​ on the waiting list who have confirmed availability to play by email to [email protected], ​ ​ will be called to cover last-minute withdrawals. The players who have not done so will be definitively withdrawn.

REGISTRATION: Players must register at the ProShop of Real Club Sevilla Golf as soon as possible during the official practice days and previously to use any facility at the golf club. All players must ​ ​ MANDATORY present themselves to reliably confirm their participation, at the latest, at 12:00 hours on the eve of the start of the championship

Players will pay the entry fee of EUR 100,00 at registration. This fee includes the temporary ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ license required by the RFEG Statutes and the insurance attached to the license, subscribed by ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ the Regional Federation where the competition takes place. ​ ​

ACCREDITATIONS AT THE CHAMPIONSHIP OFFICE: The players and Team delegations (Captain, Coaches and Officials) and a single companion per player must present a negative COVID - 19 Test (Antigen or PCR), tested within 48 hours of ​ arrival. ​ As part of the registration in the club, the RFEG will require each participant to deliver to the

Page 2 Spanish International Ladies’ Amateur Championship 2021 21/12/2020 ​ Championship Committee the Responsible Declaration (pages 4 & 5) and the Personal Location ​ ​ ​ Form (page 6), duly completed in all its sections and signed. Whoever fails to comply with this ​ requirement will not be able to participate. In the same way, technicians, federation and organization personnel, and a single companion per player, must deliver both duly completed ​ ​ documents to the Championship Committee to obtain the accreditation of accessing the club's facilities.

CONDITIONS: Enclosed on pages 8 & 9 ​ ​ are not allowed DMD’s and audio and video devices: Rules 4.3a (1) and 4.3a (4) are modified in the sense of ​ prohibiting their use.

TROLLEYS: The Golf Club has electric trolleys available for all the participants. Players can book the electric trolleys calling by phone or email to Real Club Sevilla Golf after the list of participants had been ​ published. ​ Price Electric Trolley per player per day: 10 EUR ​

DRESS CODE:

The player is responsible for compliance with the Dress Code of the Club where the competition is held or, failing that, for wearing appropriate clothing.

ANTI-DOPING POLICY:

All players are subject to the provisions of the International Golf Federation's Anti-Doping Policy. Details of the Policy and the current List of Prohibited Substances and Methods are available from the International Golf Federation's website (www.igfgolf.org). Players who are ​ ​ taking medication and in doubt as to their clinical status should seek advice from the IGF knowing that, should a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) be required this must be submitted to the IGF not later than 30 days before the start of the Championship. 1. That I have read the security protocols and the information and prevention measures for hygiene and security of COVID-19 established by the organizer of the competition and the meeting and I agree to comply with them in a responsible manner, in their entirety, with the guidelines of conduct and behavior that are established there, accepting that the Hygiene Manager of the event can agree on his own accord my exclusion from the competition and from the installation or limited area of the sports space in case of ​​ non-compliance.

5. That I am aware and accept that non-compliance with the rules of COVID-19 especially the non-declaration of having tested positive or not having declared the fact of having had a close relationship with people with symptoms implies a very serious infraction of the disciplinary code that can lead to a sanction of exclusion from the competition and the loss of the sports license for the entire season.

6. That I promise to inform the club and the Federation (before any match) of any symptoms that are compatible with COVID-19, the fact of having tested positive or the existence of any presumed or confirmed

case of covid-19 in the family or close environment and I promise to keep the club managers promptly informed of their evolution.

This information will be treated confidentially and for the sole purpose of being able to adopt the necessary measures to prevent the contagion and spread of the virus. CONDITIONS

Eligibility: All amateur women in possession of their National Federation or Union Membership Card are eligible to play. Handicap limit is 3.4. The ​ exact handicap certified at the date of entry will be used for all purposes. Past Spanish Ladies Amateur Champions will have a wild​ card​ to participate.

All entries will be subject to the approval of the Ladies’ Amateur Technical Committee which reserves the right to accept or refuse, or having been accepted, subsequently reject any entry without giving any reason for its decision.

The starting field will comprise 75 competitors from Condition 1 & 2 below as ordered and 10 competitors under Condition 3 with a possible increase of 9 under Condition​ 4:

1. Any entrant in at least one of the following categories will be allocated a place in the starting field: a) The current Ladies’ British Amateur, US Women’s Amateur, European Ladies’ Amateur and Spanish Ladies International Amateur Champions. b) Playing members of the five leading teams and ties in the last playing of the . c) Playing members of the teams making the semi-finals in the last playing of the European Ladies Team Championship. d) Playing members of the teams making the semi-finals in the last playing of the European Girls’ Team Championship. e) Playing members of the teams who participated in the last playing of the Vagliano Trophy. f) The leading 8 players and ties in the last playing of the Spanish Ladies’ Amateur National Individual Championship. g) The leading 4 players and ties in the last playing of the Spanish Girls’ National Championship. h) The current Spanish Under-16 National Champion. i) The leading 4 Spanish players and ties, classified in the WWAGR and the leading 4 players in the last Spanish National Girls Ranking.

2. Having applied Condition 1, the remaining of the 75 will comprise a) Entrants in order of the WWAGR (Women World Amateur Golf Ranking) and, if the field is still incomplete b) Entrants using exact handicaps.

3. 10 Spanish players following these criteria: a) WWAGR position b) b) lowest exact handicap. In case of ties in both, player registered earlier will be included.

4. The Women´s Amateur Technical Committee of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation reserves the right to increase the starting field by five invited players.

Unsuccessful entrants will be placed on a waiting list ordered by WWAGR and if the field is still incomplete entrants with the lowest exact handicaps will be given the opportunity to compete if there are subsequent withdrawals. In case of ties in both, player registered earlier will be included.

Withdrawals must be notified to the Ladies’ Amateur Committee no later than two days before the start of the competition. Players who violate this condition will not be able to participate in the next edition of this championship. In addition, they will be obliged to pay the entry fee or they will no longer be able to participate in any RFEG competition until this payment is cleared. Competitors must register at the Tournament Office before 12:00 a.m. on the day prior to the beginning of the Championship. Place may be forfeited by a competitor from whom no word has been received by this time.

Format: Scratch over five consecutive days. 36 holes Stroke Play qualifying on days 1 & 2 (18 holes each day). Players returning the 32 lowest scores over 36 holes will qualify for the Match Play. Ties for the draw will be decided by card count back using the 18, 27, 30, 33, 34 and 35 last holes. The match play draw will be played over three days. Each match, including the final, will consist of one round of 18 holes. If there is a tie in a Match, players should continue the stipulated round as many holes as required to get a winner, unless otherwise established by the Committee.

Entries: Entry forms have to be submitted online through www.rfegolf.es by the announced closing date. The entry fee must be paid upon ​ registration at the Golf Club.

Starting Times: Stroke play starting times will be arranged by the Women’s Amateur Technical Committee. For the Match play, the Committee will arrange the starting times according to the standard 32 players match play draw.

NATIONS CUP: Elegibility: Any country may nominate a team of two or three players. Every nation will be able to present a maximum of three teams. Format: aggregate​ of the two lowest scores on each of the qualifying Stroke Play rounds. If two or more teams tie for the championship, the winner will be decided by taking into account the aggregate of the non-counting scores; if still tied, the team with the best finished individual player will be proclaimed the winner. Prizes: The trophy “Copa S.M. la Reina” remains in the property of the Spanish Golf Federation. Each year, the name of the winner, date, and name of the hosting club will be engraved on the trophy. The winner and the runner-up will receive replicas of the trophy provided by the Royal Spanish Golf Federation. The losing semi-finalists as well as the members of the Nations Cup winning team will receive trophies. No other trophies will be donated without the Women’s Amateur Technical Committee consent.

The Championship Committee reserves the right to alter the regulations and conditions of the competition.
