Our internal holiday this year takes us to the wonderful Island of Malta, just a leisurely three and a half hour flight from the UK. With its fantastic climate, beaches, diverse activities, tasty cuisine and 7,000 years of fascinating history, there is much to see and do. Our base for our holiday is St Paul’s Bay, a traditional seaside town that has gradually developed into a popular holiday resort. The area is now filled with restaurants, cafés, and wine-bars, as well as a cinema, a casino and National Aquarium. Dotted with colourful boats, there is a pleasant walk along the Islets Promenade, as it runs along the coast of St. Paul’s Bay.

from Manchester to Liverpool Our journey by boat on the Manchester Ship Canal starts from Salford and travels the 35 miles of the canal.
