Challenge Day was brought to Neshaminy High School for the 5th year on Feb. 15 and 16. It continues to be a huge success every year. The purpose of Challenge day is to “Be The Change,” by presenting youth and their communities with workshops that show the possibility of love and connection through diversity, truth and expression. Since 1987, Challenge day has served more than 1,000,000 youths in 400 cities. The six and a half hour long program is to show students the diversity among each other, but this one day program is designed so it will be continued among the participants after the day is done. It is these upsets and thrilling games that make March Madness both exciting and heartbreaking. In 2010, Duke University was the last team standing and they added one more championship to their list, which now is up to four titles.
