We expend a great deal of effort and expense into our delivery system so that we can deliver frozen, refrigerated and dry products to most of our customers twice per week. We also take pride in the fact that our route salesmen (drivers) do much more than just leave the product at your back door. We put your frozen & dry products where you want them and we rotate your mix as we put it away. Some of our competitors send a sales person out every week to write your orders. This can be a waste of your time and the sales person’s. Instead, we want our account managers to be available to help you when you need it, such as when you have a problem or issue that needs immediate attention. We’ve developed our entire system around our dedication to service, and it works as follows: 1) INSIDE SALES STAFF: Our customer service department is always ready to serve you by taking your order or answering questions that you may have. For instructions on how to place an order, please refer to Pg. 02. 2) ROUTE SALESMAN: Your delivery driver is much more than a driver, he is actually your route salesman. He can answer many of your questions and take care of many of your concerns. 3) ACCOUNT MANAGER: Your account manager will be in to see you periodically and is always available to meet with you at your request. They are also always available to answer your questions or concerns. Please feel free to call your account manager at any time. PRICING ASSURANCE PROGRAM Our Pricing Assurance Program means that you can be confident that no one can give you a better deal than we can! For more information on this program, please feel free to talk to your account manager.
