CAPITAL The authorised share capital of the Bank is K500m (2009: K500m) divided into 500,000,000 Ordinary shares of K1 each. The issued capital is K467m (2009: K466m) divided into 466,635,738 (2009: 466,019,038) Ordinary shares of K1 each, fully paid.
