Prof. Corrado Neri Graduand Giulia Pasquali 841787 Academic Year 2017 / 2018 前言 在七零年代至八零年代初,台湾社会经历了很大的改变。 从六十年代末到七十年代,台湾开始了快速的经济增长,提供新台湾电影一个发展和 培育的环境。 尽管台湾政治和外交边缘化程度越来越高,但台湾曾经历经济发展和工业化过程仍然 剧烈的改变了社会。 教育得到改善,人们可以从更广泛和更高品质的教育中受益。 工业化和经济增长扩大了城市与乡村之间的差距。 结果,城市人口增加,中产阶级人 数也增加。 更好的教育和经济稳定带来了新的需求。 八十年代初期,环境保护,女权主义和其他 社会运动变得活跃并开始蓬勃发展。 人们认为有必要重新定义台湾及其国际地位,因为自 1971 年台湾被赶出联合国以来, 越来越多的国家已经结束与台湾的外交关系并承认中华人民共和国作为中国唯一的官 方政府。 蒋介石于 1975 年去逝世,而此一事件进一步加速了改革过程。 他的儿子蒋经国在 1978 年接替了他,并开始允许更加自由化的文化表达。 尽管有了这些巨大改变,但戒严仍然存在,国民党则透过审查和控制媒体的方式,继 续保持对社会和选举共识的强大控制力。 然而,越来越多的社会力量转化为需要定义或重新定义国家身份的共识。新一代既不 对“反击中国”感兴趣也不会无条件地接受每一个西方的影响。 相反的,他们觉得有必要重新定义西方与台湾之间的关系,根据自己的世代和角色来 探讨台湾历史,试图找寻它的根源,以发展更美好的未来。 1982 年被视为是台湾新电影诞生的一年,也同样是台湾新电影浪潮的开始。在此之前, 台湾的电影几乎都是被政府的宣传政策影片还有商业影片主宰着,像是功夫动作片以 及爱情电影。到后来,民国七零年代后到八零年代初,因为观众的兴趣越来越缺乏, 使得台湾的电影市场变得逐渐缩小。情况愈来愈恶化,台湾电影甚至失去了海外市场, 国内的市场则是充斥着香港以及好莱屋电影。 这个情况达到了危机关头。一些大手笔经费的电影在票房表现不佳之外,中影公司(中 影股份有限公司,政府拥有的主要电影制作公司)决定施行一个新的政策—新人政策。 新政策执行也接着大手笔资金电影的评论: “低资金/低风险政策”电影会比那些政策 宣传背景且不断票房惨败又花钱的电影更受喜爱。 1 小野和吳念真当时已经是作家和编剧家。 他们是在第一群人之间从中影公司招募而来 的。他们很自由的移动,于是他们提出了一种仅用少少的资金的电影,在当时成为了 新一代导演的测试前锋。 《光陰的故事》在 1982 年发行。这部电影是由四集组成,每一集都是由不同的年轻导 演导出的作品。这部电影因为它的新颖,所以被视为是具有革命性质的电影。它与先 前一些英雄性和戏剧故事叙述性不同,它引出了一些特定的特色,这些特色将会是接 下来新台湾电影制作的重要题目。电影主题是从那些很真实的生活态度,很平凡无奇 的日子所发想。没有特别的目的去感动观众。《光陰的故事》是第一个尝试去演出台 湾过去生活样貌的电影。第二集《指望》也是楊德昌导演的处女作品。 电影的热卖鼓舞了中影公司去支持新导演,接下来的 1983 年,另一个混合电影上映 -
