The record of consumption of material in the central store in not proportionate (less) to the number of patients reflected in the treatment records of various departments. (iv) SAR not uploaded. (v) Only two lecture halls were shown, of which one is also used as an Examination hall. Two other lecture halls are shown under construction in the new building planning. (viii) Principal Bungalow is not there.
