This estimate, however, is given merely as a rough guide. 1.3 Tenders will be issued to eligible contractors satisfying under mentioned eligibility conditions. Criteria of eligibility for issue of tender documents (i) BSNL enlisted contractors in Electrical category of respective class as per their tendering limits. (ii) The firms has to submit, EPF Registration, valid electrical contractor's license. Charted Accountant certificate instead of ITCC for turnover, work contract tax registration. Firm shall quote their Permanent Account Number (PAN) along with certified copy of PAN card. Tenderer Internet downloaded copy SDE(E) 2 of 26 2. Agreement shall be drawn with the successful tenderer on prescribed Form No. BSNL- 8 which is available in this office. Tenderer shall quote his rates as per various terms and conditions of the said form which will form part of the agreement. 3. The time allowed for carrying out the work will be as per S.No.1 above from the 10th day after the date of written order to commence the work. 4. The site for the work shall be made available. 5. The last date of receipt of applications for issue of tender forms and date of issue of tender form will be as per S.No. 1 above . 6.1 Tender documents consisting of plans, specifications, the schedule of quantities of the various classes of works to be done and the set of terms and conditions of contract to be complied with by the contractor whose tender may be accepted and other necessary documents can be seen in this office between hours of 11.00 AM and 05.00 P.M. everyday except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Tender documents, excluding standard form, will be issued from this office, during the hours specified above, on payment of Rs.171.00 (Inclusive of V.Tax Non refundable) in cash. 6.2 Alternatively, the tender documents consisting of above can be downloaded from our website www.rajasthan.bsnl.co.in and the downloaded documents can be used for quoting the tender and these tenders shall only be opened subject to fulfillment of following conditions. The credentials for meeting the eligibility conditions as per S.N. 1.3 shall be submitted along with the cost of the tender document (in the shape of demand draft) and earnest money in first envelope. The credential shall be self attested and certified by any BSNL executive. If not certified by BSNL executive then original documents shall be produced at the time of tender opening. After verification of the contents of this envelope and if found eligible second envelope containing the bid documents shall be opened. The tenderer shall submit the downloaded original computer printout of the document from website. The photocopy shall not be accepted . If during the process of tender finalization , it is detected the tenderer has submitted tender documents after making any changes/additions/ deletions in the tender documents downloaded from the web site, the offer shall be summarily rejected and the EMD deposited by tenderer shall be forfeited any addition to any other action as per prevalent rules. The downloaded tender shall be submitted in following manner. A separate sealed envelop, marked as ‘documents required for tenders downloaded from the website along with EMD’ containing following additional documents along with EMD and documents as above shall be submitted with the other sealed envelop marked as cover 2nd for tender. a) Demand Draft for tender cost for the amount as mentioned above in favour of ‘The Accounts Officer(Cash),O/o GMTD Jhunjhunu “. b) Self attested and certified copies of all the documents required as per S.N. 1.3 in manner as above. c) EMD in shape as required in S.N. 7.0 below. Price bid of tenderer(s) who fail(s) to comply as above shall not be opened. Note: In case of any ambiguity/discrepancy between the downloaded tender document and hard copy available in this office, the hard copy available in this office (in form of approved draft NIT) shall prevail. 6.3 In case envelop containing above is not annexed or the tenderer is found ineligible based on the documents submitted or the D.D. for tender cost is not in proper form / not annexed or 1st cover (containing EMD) is not annexed or Earnest Money is not in proper form, the 2nd cover containing tenders will not be opened at all and such unopened tender shall be returned on spot to the representative of the firm during the process of opening of tenders. Tenderer shall submit the tenders in 2 sealed covers marked as cover 1st and 2nd. Both cover should be separate and they should not be enclosed in a common 3rd cover. In case 1st cover is not annexed or Earnest Money is not in proper form, the 2nd cover containing tenders will not be opened at all. In case holiday is declared on the opening day, the tenders will be opened on the next working day.( The tender documents shall not be sent through the courier / post. The tenders received through post / courier shall not be entertained ) 7. Copies of other drawings and documents pertaining to the works will be open for inspection by the tenderers at this office.Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders as to the nature of the ground and sub-soil. (so far as is practicable), the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender. A tenderer shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the site whether he inspects it or not and no extra charges consequent on any misunderstanding or otherwise shall be allowed. The tenderer shall be responsible for arranging and maintaining at his own cost all materials, tools and plants, facilities for workers and all other services required for executing the work unless otherwise specifically provided for in the contract documents. Submission of a tender by a tenderer implies that he has read this notice and all other contract documents and has made himself aware of the scope and specifications of the work to be done and of conditions and rates at which stores, tools and plant, etc.

The highlight of work carried out during the third quarter of F.S. 2013-14 includes investigations on copper and associated precious metals in Khera block, and Khera SE block, Mundiyawas-ka-khera area, Alwar district, exploration for basemetal in Nanagwas area, Sikar district, exploration for basemetal in Palaswala ki Dhani Block, Sikar district, Rajasthan and investigation for copper and tungsten in Kamalpura Block of the Pur-Banera Belt, Bhilwara District, Rajasthan. Besides, search for cement grade limestone under Project Industrial, Fertiliser and other Minerals have also yielded significant signatures. 3. Under the item investigation for copper and associated precious metals in Khera Block, Mundiyawas-Khera area, Alwar district, Rajasthan, the borehole KBH-11 (FS 2013-14) commenced on 08.07.2013 and closed at 130.35 m depth on 13.09.2013. It has intersected light grey coloured, fine grained, hard, compact siliceous rock with occasional cherty quartzite and scapolite rich bands (meta volcano sedimentary rock). The borehole intersected sulphides manifested in the form of foliation parallel fine disseminations of arsenopyrite and fracture / vein filled coarse grained chalcopyrite with minor pyrrhotite from 44.55 m depth onwards with intermittent rich zones between 45.25 m & 49.80 m (4.55 m), 58.70 m & 63.25 m (4.55 m) Cu (V.E.) = 0.8-1.0% along the borehole.
