He finds a magazine with a picture of a glass of water which he tries to drink, in vain. But the Trio steal his magazine. But on the other side of the page is the end of a story that the Trio were reading and here come the three ruffians again now who want to steal his tent. Then a gust of wind carries off Oscar and his paper tent which overturns, transforming into a glider! Immediately Oscar tries to use it to get closer to the clouds. But the Trio pop up behind him, in mid-air, riding a helicopter cobbled together from a trolley, a bicycle and with signposts as propellor blades. They want the end of their story!
