Northern Luzon Drug Corporation (Petitioner) is a domestic corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines, with principal office address at No. 28 Shaw Boulevard, Pasig City. It is duly licensed to operate drug stores by the Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD), the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and the local government units where the drugstores are located.1 1 Pars. 1 and 3, Joint Stipulation of Facts (JSF), docket, p. 49.
