NORTHEAST SUB-REGION NORTHEAST BOSTON Location: The Northeast Sub-region is one of six sub-regions designated by CMRPC for planning purposes. It encompasses the boundaries of the Towns of Berlin, Boylston, Northborough, Shrewsbury and Westborough.
