The CBRM annually commemorates June 9th as such and celebrates it as Founders’ Day, honoring those who dedicated themselves to starting the museum. This year, as an added celebration on that day, we will be commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Friends of the Chesapeake Beach Railway Museum by hosting a public dedication of our beloved railcar, The Dolores, as an educational and visitor site along with several other celebrations and activities. Details are still in the works and will be released as the date approaches. Our annual Bay Breeze Concert Series will run from June through September at 7:30pm on the porch of the Museum (inclement weather location will be the Northeast Community Center).
